Abstract:V diplomskem delu so predstavljene osnovne lastnosti zelenih streh, zgodovinski razvoj, prednosti in slabosti, izvedba ozelenitve, ugotavljanje odpornosti polimer bitumenskih trakov proti preboju korenin. Za kvalitetno izvedbo ozelenjenih streh je treba poznati osnovne karakteristike vgrajenih materialov. Prav tako pomembne so rastline, ki jih posadimo za ozelenitev strehe. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek odpornost polimer bitumenskih trakov na preboj korenin. Odpornost polimer bitumenskih trakov proti preboju korenin smo določili s pomočjo testiranja v rastlinjaku, kjer smo opazovali polimer bitumenske trakove izpostavljene vplivu korenin v skladu standardom SIST EN 13948:2007. Ugotovili smo, da korenine posajenih rastlin v času opazovanja niso prebile polimer bitumenskih trakov, prav tako ne spojev trakov. S tem smo ugotovili, da so bili spoji pravilno zavarjeni, kajti najbolj izpostavljeni so prav spoji.

Title:DETERMINATION OF RESISTANCE POLYMER BITUMEN SHEETS TO ROOT PENETRATION IN GREEN ROOFS
Abstract:This diploma paper presents the basic properties of the green roofs, historical development, strengths and weaknesses, implementing greening, determination of the resistance against the polymer bitumen sheets break roots. For quality performance of green roofs is necessary to know the basic characteristics of embedded materials. The plants, planted on the green roots are also important. The diploma paper is presenting the procedure of resistance of polymer bitumen sheets to break the roots. Resistance polymer bitumen sheets against breakthrough roots was determined by means testing in the greenhouse, where we observed a polymer bitumen sheets exposed to the impact of roots by the standard SIST EN 13948:2007. We found that the roots of plants grown at the time of observation have not break through a polymer bitumen sheets, or strip joints. In this way we found to have been properly welded joints, as are also the most vulnerable joints.
