Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava logistične procese v Mercatorjevem distribucijskem centru na Ptuju. Predstavi teoretične vidike relevantnih logističnih procesov, analizira trenutno stanje v Distribucijskem centru Mercator Ptuj in podaja predloge izboljšav trenutnega stanja na področju logistike v njem. V zaključnem delu so predlagane rešitve in izboljšave tudi ekonomsko ovrednotene.

OPTIMIZATION OF LOGISTIC PROCESSES OF LOGISTIC DISTRIBUTION CENTRE MERCATOR PTUJ
Abstract:
The diploma deals with the logistics processes and operations of the Logistics Distribution Center Mercator Ptuj. The theoretical aspects of the relevant logistics operations are highlighted. Analysis of the current conditions at the logistics distribution centre Mercator Ptuj and suggested improvements are presented. In the final chapter the economic evaluation of the suggested improvements is done.
