Abstract:
Voznik je najpomembnejši dejavnik v transportnem sektorju. Spreten in strokovno dobro usposobljen voznik ima mnogo več možnosti, da prepreči nesrečo in s tem reši življenje sočloveku, istočasno pa zmanjša tudi porabo goriva in zniža stroške vzdrževanja. Dober način vožnje vpliva na enakomernejši potek prometa, s tem pa tudi na manjšo porabo goriva globalno in na manjše onesnaževanje okolja. Diplomsko delo podaja osnovne značilnosti izobraževanja poklicnih voznikov v cestnem prometu. V njem je opisan celotni postopek izobraževanja poklicnih voznikov v cestnem prometu. Predstavljeni so pomembnejši pravni viri iz področja izobraževanje poklicnih voznikov v cestnem prometu, tako slovenskih, kot tudi mednarodnih. Razčlenjene so teoretične značilnosti izobraževanja poklicnih voznikov, specifičnosti izobraževanja poklicnih voznikov na podlagi pridobitve temeljnih poklicnih kvalifikacij. Na koncu pa je podan predlog ukrepa za primerno izobraževanje poklicnih voznikov na osnovi temeljnih poklicnih kvalifikacij za poklicne voznike v cestnem prometu.

Title:
LEGAL RESOURCES IN FUNCTION OF PROPER EDUCATION OF PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS IN ROAD TRAFFIC
Abstract:
The driver is a key factor in the transport sector. Experienced and well-trained professional drivers are more likely to avoid accidents and save lives. They are also more likely to reduce fuel consumption and maintenance costs. Careful driving has a positive influence on the fluency of road traffic, which in turn results in lower global fuel consumption and pollution. This thesis provides the basic features of training professional drivers as regards their behaviour on the road. It describes the entire process as well as the main legislation, both Slovenian and international, in the field of training professional drivers. It also offers an analysis of the theoretical features and specifics of the education using the acquisition of primary qualifications as a basis. Finally, the suggested action for appropriate training - based on the fundamental professional qualifications for professional transport drivers - is given.
