Abstract:Ustvarjati in biti ustvarjalen. Samo to je pot, ki bi jo morala podjetja imeti. Brez ustvarjanja tudi ni idej, ki pripeljejo do inovacij. Inovacije pa so nujne za preživetje podjetja. Pri tem je pomembna ustvarjalna svoboda. Tako se včasih pojavi težava, da družba ni spodbujevalno naravnana in tako za ustvarjalca ni pozitivna in ga zavira pri ustvarjalnosti ter iskanju idej. Poznane so štiri značilne faze pri nastajanju ideje. To so: priprava, inkubacija, razsvetlitev in preverjanje. Pri iskanju idej si lahko pomagamo z mnogimi tehnikami ustvarjalnega mišljenja. Pomembno je vedeti, da tehnike ustvarjalnega mišljenja nikogar ne naučijo producirati idej. Pomagajo pa tistim, ki jih imajo v sebi, da jih spravijo na plano. Tako so tehnike lahko pisne ali ustne, skupinske ali individualne. Vse ideje, ki jih dobimo s tehnikami ustvarjalnega mišljenja pa niso koristne. Tako si pomagamo z raznimi metodami oz. tehnikami izbora idej. Te nam pomagajo, da se lažje odločimo ali je ideja za podjetja primerna ali ni. Ali bo podjetje imelo korist od nje ali ne. Pot nas potem pripelje do invencije, ki še ni inovacija je pa nujna na poti do inovacije. Slednji termin lahko uporabimo šele takrat, ko se je ideja razvila do te meje, da postane koristna avtorju ter ostalim odjemalcem katerim je namenjena. Pomembno je torej, da jo uporabniki sprejmejo. Avtorju pa mora prinašati neko korist. Čas gospodarske krize, ki je zajel celoten svet, je še bolj izpostavil besedo ustvarjalnost in inovativnost. Pričakovano jo imamo tudi v Sloveniji. Evropska Unija je zato sprejela sveženj ukrepov za reševanje gospodarstva. Slovenija je potem pripravila nacionalni načrt reševanja domačega gospodarstva, ki med drugim predvideva tudi izboljšanje inovativnosti ter razvoja. Mnogi pa menijo, da sta ustvarjalnost ter inovativnost neupravičeno zapostavljeni.

Title:CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION AS A CONDITION TO OVERCOME THE ECONOMIC CRISIS
Abstract:Create and be creative. That is the way companies should follow. Without creating there are no ideas, which lead to innovations. Innovations are essential for the survival of the company. It is important to have creative freedom within the company. Thus, sometimes there is a problem when the environment is not kindly for a creator, so he can not be creative and can not find new ideas. It can distinguish four typical stages of idea. These are: preparation, incubation, illumination and verification. When we are looking for new ideas we can implement the process with many techniques of creative thinking. It is important to note that the art of creative thinking can not teach you how to produce ideas. It only helps you to express ideas that you develop in your mind. Such techniques may be in writing or oral, group or individual. All ideas that are given with use of the techniques of creative thinking are not helpful. It means that techniques of idea selection must be used. These techniques help us to better determine whether the idea is appropriate or not. And also if the company will benefit from it or not. It is also important to know, that idea must become invention first and later innovation. We can call an idea an innovation only then, when the idea developed to the point when it becomes useful for author and the users to whom it is intended. So innovation is when author gets some benefit and users accepted it as useful. This economic crisis reaching the whole world, gives a grater importance to the two words: creativity and innovation. Expectedly, the crisis is in Slovenia too. The European Union has therefore prepared a package of measures to tackle the economy. Slovenia has prepared a national plan for resolving domestic economy, and among other things, there is also improving the development and innovation. Many people consider that creativity and innovation are unjustly disregarded by the government.
