Abstract:
Vzdrževanje proizvodnih sredstev v večini podjetij predstavlja strošek, ki ne prinaša neposrednega dobička. Učinki vzdrževanja so težko primerljivi s proizvodnimi učinki, zato jih je v trendu zmanjševanja stroškov težko ekonomsko upravičevati. Naloga vzdrževalcev ni samo vzdrževanje in odpravljanje okvar, ampak tudi analiziranje in iskanje vzrokov okvar. Če bomo znali poiskati vzrok, bomo tudi lažje našli rešitve za preprečevanje nastanka okvar. Za takšen pristop pa je potrebno znanje, delovne izkušnje in primerna oprema. V diplomskem delu so predstavljene teoretične osnove preventivnega vzdrževanja. Opisano je vzdrževanje transportnega sistema za izvažanje izkopane premogove rude iz jamskih delovišč na površino. Predstavljeni so glavni vzdrževalni posegi in praktična uporaba preventivnega vzdrževanja. Opisan je primer letnega servisa drobilnika premoga. Povzetih in analiziranih je nekaj najpogostejših okvar sistema. Na podlagi analiz so podani konkretni predlogi za izboljšave. Dva od teh sta tudi predstavljena in argumentirana na konkretnem primeru.

Title:
MAINTENANCE CONCEPT OF A TRANSPORT SYSTEM
Abstract:
Die Instandhaltung der Produktionsmittel stellt in den meisten Unternehmen eine Auflage vor, die keinen unmittelbaren Profit einbringt. Instandhaltungseffekte sind mit den Produktionseffekten schwer zu vergleichen, deshalb kann man den unmittelbaren Profit im Zusammenhang mit dem Trend der Auslageminderung schwer ökonomisch rechtfertigen. Die Aufgabe des Wartungspersonals ist also nicht nur die Instandhaltung und Beseitigung der Fehler, sondern der Fehler zu analisieren sowie die Suche nach derem Grund. Wenn man den Grund für den Fehler kennt, dann kann man leichter die Lösungen für Vermeidung des Schadens bzw. der Störung finden. Diesbezüglich muss man erforderliche Kenntnis, Arbeitserfahrungen und entsprechende Ausstattung haben. In dieser Diplomarbeit werden die theoretischen Grundlagen der präventiven Instandhaltung vorgestellt und erörtert. Die Instandhaltung des Transportsystems für Förderung des ausgegrabenen Kohlenerzes aus Grubenarbeitsorten auf die Fläche wird näher beschrieben. Weiterhin werden die Hauptinstandhaltungeingriffe und praktische Verwendung der präventiven Instandhaltung sowie das Beispiel eines Jahresservices des Kohlenbrechers vorgestellt und beschrieben. Einige am häufigsten entstandenen Systemsschaden werden zusammengefasst und analysiert. Aufgrund der Analysen werden konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge angegeben und zwei von diesen mit einem konkreten Beispiel vorgestellt und argumentiert.
