Abstract:
Uporaba infuzijskih črpalk v kliničnem okolju strmo narašča, kar predstavlja tudi večjo možnost zapletov in napak, ki se lahko pojavijo pri aplikaciji terapije. Zato je dobra izurjenost medicinskih sester izjemnega pomena. Neprecenljivo možnost učenja nam omogočajo simulatorji, katerih najpomembnejša prednost je, da dovoljujejo študentom, ki sodelujejo v njih napake brez kakršnega koli tveganja za bolnikovo zdravje. Tako pridobljeno znanje lahko študentje kasneje uporabijo v resničnih situacijah v kliničnem okolju. V diplomskem delu smo simulirali napake, ki se lahko pripetijo v praksi pri delu z infuzijskimi črpalkami. Za simulacijo napak je bilo nekoliko potrebno prilagoditi simulator, kar smo tudi opisali v diplomskem delu. Ugotovili smo, da je SimMan simulator ustrezno okolje za učenje za delo z infuzijskimi črpalkami. Diplomsko delo predstavlja začetno fazo izgradnje okolja za simulacije zapletov, povezanih z infuzijskimi sistemi, ki jo v bodoče lahko še dopolnjujemo z novimi vsebinami.

Infusion systems simulation on SimMan simulator
Abstract:
The use of infusion pumps in the clinical setting is increasing sharply, which is also a higher chance of complications and errors that may occur in the administration of therapy. It is a good skill of nurses of the utmost importance. Invaluable learning opportunities allow us to simulators, the most important priority is to allow students who participate in them without any fault risk to patient health. The knowledge gained can later be used in real situations in the clinical environment. In the diploma work, we simulate the errors most commonly occur in practice when working with infusion pumps. For the simulation errors, it was necessary to slightly adjust the simulator, which we describe in the diploma work. We found that the SimMan simulator suitable environment for learning to work with the infusion pump. Diploma work represents the initial phase of construction simulation environment, which in future may be complemented with new content.
