Abstract:
Računalniški program je pomemben dejavnik poslovnega uspeha vsakega računovodskega servisa. V diplomski nalogi je raziskana presoja primernosti računalniškega programa OpPIS v računovodskem servisu. V prvem delu so proučene teoretične značilnosti računovodskih računalniških programov, primernih za računovodske servise ter opredelitve računovodskih servisov. V drugem delu smo proučili Opalov Poslovno Informacijski Sistem OpPIS. V tretjem delu smo proučili računalniški program OpPIS tako iz njegovega teoretičnega kot tudi iz praktičnega vidika. Ugotovili smo, da računalniški program OpPIS zadovoljuje potrebam notranjih uporabnikov računovodskih informacij na področju knjigovodstva. Računovodski računalniški program OpPIS zadovoljuje potrebe po programski opremi za vodenje malih in srednje velikih podjetij ter računovodskih servisov in lahko tudi trdimo, da je eden od ključnih dejavnikov programa OpPIS varnost in diskretnost podatkov.

ASSESS SUITABILITY OF A CUMPUTER PROGRAM OPPIS IN THE ACCOUNTING SERVICE
Abstract:
Software is an important factor of business success for every accounting service. The thesis of this diploma paper is a studied assessment of the suitability of a computer program OpPIS in the accounting service. In the first part we examined the theoretical characteristics of the accounting software, suitable to the definition of accounting services and bookkeeping services. In the second part we examined Opal’s Business Information System OpPIS. In the third part we researched the computer program OpPIS in its theoretical as well as practical point of view. We found out, that a computer program OpPIS meets the needs of internal users of accounting information in the field of accountancy. Accounting software OpPIS satisfies the software need for the management of small and medium-sized enterprises and accounting services, and can also be stated as one of the key factors of security and discretion of OpPIS data.
