Abstract:
Dejstvo je, da je vodenje ključ do predvidljivega obnašanja in poslovnih rezultatov. Prav tako je dejstvo, da živimo v okolju konstantnih sprememb. V diplomskem delu smo po predstavitvi vodenja in pristopa k izrabi tehnologije, ki pomaga organizacijam izkoristiti današnje dinamično globalno okolje, torej storitveno usmerjeno arhitekturo, oboje združili v novo disciplino vodenja storitveno usmerjene arhitekture. Novo vodenje lahko ima za organizacije dodatne izzive, zato smo pokazali, kako lahko z različnimi ogrodji vodenja le-te ublažimo. Raziskali smo ogrodja vodenja, ki so na voljo organizacijam, ter identificirali elemente, ki bi jih maralo kvalitetno ogrodje nasloviti. Ogrodja smo ob tem tudi predstavili in določili, katere identificirane elemente vodenja naslovijo. Vsekakor se za le ročnim vodenjem skriva veliko dela in je na tak način dosega skladnosti z odločitvami vodenja otežena, zato smo prikazali, kakšna in katera orodja so primerna za podporo vodenju. Praktično smo prikazali uporabo orodja IBM WebSphere Registry and Repository za razvoj postopkov, ki avtomatizirajo politike vodenja.

Title:
SERVICE-ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE GOVERNANCE
Abstract:
It is the fact that governance is the key to predictable behavior and business results. Furthermore, that we live in an environment of constant change. We have presented governance and the approach of using technology in a way that helps organizations utilize today’s dynamic global environment. We have also combined both of them into a new discipline, service-oriented architecture governance. New governance may have additional challenges for the organization; therefore we showed how the different governance frameworks mitigate it. We researched the governance frameworks, which are available to organizations and identify the elements that quality framework would need to address. We also presented frameworks and determine which identified governance elements they realize. Certainly it is difficult to achieve compliance with the governance decisions only by manual work so, we showed what kind of tools are appropriate to support the governance and which are those. Practically, we demonstrated the use of tool IBM WebSphere Registry and Repository for the development of procedures that automate the governance policies.
