Abstract:Naše gospodarstvo se nahaja pred vedno zahtevnejšimi pogoji poslovanja na mednarodnih trgih. Proces prenove poslovanja podjetij na poti v tržno ekonomijo je na stopnji razvoja in uveljavljanja bolj odprtih in dinamičnih kultur podjetij. Za takšno stanje je značilno uveljavljanje sodobnih organizacijskih prijemov, ki vzpostavljajo bolj sploščeno organizacijsko strukturo, sposobno hitrejšega odziva na tržne zahteve. Življenjski tok takšnega procesa je pravočasna in kvalitetna tržna informacija. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila malo podjetje Cokla N1 d.o.o., ki ima organizacijske in poslovne probleme. Posebno pozornost sem posvetila analizi poslovanja in procesu realizacije kupčevega naročila. V drugem delu diplomske naloge sem skušala obstoječe stanje izboljšati in nadgraditi, tako da smo se odločili za zamenjavo programskega paketa samega poslovanja in tako skrajšati izvajalne čase predvsem pa omejiti stroške, ki so povezani le s tem. V zadnjem delu sem ocenila, koliko finančnih sredstev potrebujemo, za izvedbo prenove poslovanja podjetja.

Title:BUSINESS REENGINEERING WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRAL INFORMATION SYSTEM IN COMPANY COKLA N1 D.O.O.
Abstract:Our economy is very difficult conditions in international market. Process of renovating business of firms in the way into market economy is in the stage of development and bringing forward more open and dinamic culture of enteprises. For such state it is characteristic of bringing forward modern organisation, which favorite more flatten organisation structure, to be quicker in repospond of market demands. Life stream of much process is quality and on time market information. In this degree I have performed small company Cokla N1 d.o.o., which has organisation and business problems. Specialy attention I have put on analysis of business and to process of realiswation of customer order. In the second part of this degree I have tried today's level of business to improve in that way that we changed software package and shorten times of operations and cut the costs, where are related with them. In the last part of degree I tried to value how much money we need to implement this in the company.
