Abstract:
Pogosto se v organizacijah pojavi problem, kateri ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sistem izbrati za implementacijo. Na rast in uspešnost podjetij v veliki meri vpliva optimizacija poslovnih procesov. Sodobni ERP sistemi omogočajo podjetjem celovito informacijsko podporo, od dela s kadri, pregleda nad celotnim poslovanjem podjetja, do načrtovanja proizvodnje. Podjetja se običajno odločijo za takšne ERP sisteme, ki pokrijejo večino poslovnih funkcij in procesov v podjetju in so na voljo po zmerni ceni. Ponudba na trgu je velika, predvsem iz tujih držav, se pa v zadnjem času na trgu pojavljajo tudi slovenski produkti, ki predstavljajo resno konkurenco. ERP sistemi se ločijo tudi po ceni in stroških implementacije. Odločitev, kateri programski paket bomo izbrali zato ni lahka in zahteva tehten premislek. Prav tu pa nam lahko delo olajšajo odločitveni modeli za pomoč pri odločanju, ki skozi izbrane kriterije ovrednotijo posamezno rešitev. V diplomi smo zato razvili odločitveni model za pomoč pri odločanju, v katerem smo upoštevali vse bistvene kriterije ERP sistemov. Za izdelavo naloge smo uporabili računalniški program za večparametrsko odločanje DEXi, s katerim smo kvalitativno ovrednotili in preučili vse možne variante. Uporabili smo tudi program Vredana, ki nam je pomagal pri analizi končne ocene, s kvalitativnim in kvantitativnim vrednotenjem.

DECISION MODEL TO SUPPORT ERP SYSTEM SELECTION
Abstract:
Organizations are often faced with a problem which ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to choose for implementation. The company’s growth and progress depend greatly on optimization of its business processes. Modern ERP systems help companies achieve high levels of optimization and data support. The best selling ERP systems are often the ones that cover most aspects of running the company and are available for a reasonable price. Our home market is besieged with foreign ERP systems, but recently also a few slovenian products have been made available on our market and present serious competition. ERP systems also vary in price and implementation costs. Thus, deciding which one to buy is not an easy decision. A great tool to help facilitate this problem are decision models. Through them we can easily evaluate each of the possible variants and determine which one suits us the most. In this thesis we have therefore developed a decision model to assist decision-making process, in which we have taken into consideration every key element of ERP systems. To realize the thesis, a computer program for multi-attribute decision making DEXi was used, with which we made qualitative evaluations and studied all possible variants. A computer program Vredana was also used, which helped us with analysis of the final note, with qualitative and quantitative evaluations.
