Title:ODNOS ŠTUDENTOV RAZREDNEGA POUKA DO LIKOVNE VZGOJE

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo predstavili zgodovino likovne vzgoje na Slovenskem in glavne značilnosti le-te v osnovni šoli, zgodovino izobraževanja učiteljev pri nas, izobraževanje učiteljev razrednega pouka danes in v prihodnosti, predvsem pa nas je zanimal odnos in izkušnje študentov razrednega pouka do oziroma z likovno vzgojo v osnovni šoli in če se pri tem pojavljajo razlike med študenti nižjih in višjih letnikov študija razrednega pouka. Zato smo izvedli kvantitativno in kvalitativno raziskavo na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika, ki ga sestavlja dvajset trditev, ki se nanašajo na izkušnje študentov z likovno vzgojo v osnovni šoli in stališče do nje. Ugotovili smo, da je bila likovna vzgoja v osnovni šoli zelo priljubljen predmet in da se v večini primerov ni zanemarjalo njegovega pomena, na drugi strani pa se pri izvajanju pouka pojavljajo pomanjkljivosti pri pokrivanju likovnih področij, organiziranju likovnih delavnic za učence in njihove starše in prikazovanju umetniških reprodukcij, čemur bo v prihodnje potrebno posvetiti več pozornosti. Razlike v odnosu do pomena likovne vzgoje se kažejo med študenti nižjih in višjih letnikov študija, saj študenti 3. in še v večjem številu 4. letnika v primerjavi  s 1. in 2. letnikom likovno vzgojo sprejemajo kot bolj pomembno in zahtevno tako za učitelje kot za učence.

Title:PRIMARY TEACHING STUDENTS' ATTITUDE TO ART EDUCATION
Abstract:The thesis presents the history of arts education in Slovenia and its main characteristics in elementary school, the history of teacher education in Slovenia, the education of teachers of primary education today and in the future, and primarily the attitude of primary education students towards arts education in elementary school and their experience with it, as well as any differences regarding the aforementioned between lower and upper grade students. For this purpose, a qualitative and quantitative study was conducted on the basis of a questionnaire with twenty statements referring to students’ experience with arts education in elementary school and their attitude towards it. It has been established that arts education in elementary school is a very popular subject and that in the majority of cases, its importance has not been neglected. However, there are certain deficiencies in covering different art genres, organizing art workshops for students and their parents, and presenting art reproductions, which will require more attention in the future. Differences in the attitude to the importance of arts education between lower and upper grade students have also been demonstrated: 3rd and, even more so, 4th year students in comparison to 1st and 2nd year students see arts education as more important and demanding for both teachers and students.
