Abstract:
Zdrav otrok se v prvem letu življenja sam od sebe osamosvoji. Že zelo zgodaj začne obvladovati gibanje glavice, se obračati po vzdolžni osi on okoli 6. meseca začne uporabljati rokice za podporo in prestrezanje, nato začne plaziti, nauči se sedeti, vstajati in hoditi. Otrok s tveganjem (rizični otrok) pa se razvija drugače, odvisno od dejavnikov tveganja. Je otrok, ki ima neugodno antenatalno anamnezo. Potrebuje našo pomoč vse od rojstva, v smislu pravilnega rokovanja (handling), pestovanja, polaganja, nošenja, hranjenja, previjanja in zdravstvene nege, vse dokler se gibalno ne osamosvoji in postane očitno, da dejavniki tveganja na njem niso pustili posledic. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti delo negovalnega tima pri rizičnih otrocih ali otrocih s tveganjem in njihovo sodelovanje s starši.

Positions, touches and correct handling with the child
Abstract:
A healthy child becomes in his first year of life very indipendant. Already very early it begins to control the movement of the head which is rotated at about the longitudinal axis.Then around the six months it shall apply hands support and interception, then starts crawling, learns to sit, and walk up. A child at risk evolves differently, depending on factors of risk. It is a child, which has difficult antenatal history. It needs our help from the birth, in terms of correct handling, nursing, laying, carrying, feeding, changing dipers and health care, as long as it doesnt become motorical independant and it becomes obveous that the risk factors havent left consequences. The purpose of graduate work is to present the work of a team with children at and their cooperation with parents.
