Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava postopek hitre izdelave prototipnega pekača v Gorenju. Natančno so opisani postopki od začetne 3D zasnove, izdelave orodja iz nizko taljive kovine do izdelave prototipnega pekača. V delu so na kratko opisani tudi drugi postopki hitre izdelave prototipov kot so stereolitografija, thermojet in vakuumsko vlivanje, ki jih uporabljamo v Prototipni delavnici. Vsi ti postopki so namenjeni predvsem za skrajševanje razvojnega časa od zamisli do proizvodnje.

MANUFACTURING OF BACKING OVEN
Abstract:
Graduation thesis deals with the procedure of rapid manufacture of prototype baking pan in Gorenje. The procedures from the initial 3D concept, fabrication of tools from low-melting metal to the manufacture of prototype baking pan are described in detail. The thesis also briefly describes other procedures of rapid manufacture of prototypes like stereolitography, thermojet and vacuum molding which are used in Prototype shop. All the above mentioned procedures are used above all to shorten the development time from the idea to the production.
