Abstract:Število uporabnikov interneta in raba elektronskega poslovanja še vedno naraščata tako pri nas, kot tudi v svetu. Elektronsko poslovanje bi lahko danes označili kot trend, kateremu morajo podjetja slediti, če želijo ostati konkurenčna. Eksplozija potrošniških aktivnosti na svetovnem spletu je povzročila široko polje za raznovrstne ponudnike finančnih storitev. Svetovni splet tako postaja močno orodje za upravljanje z našimi financami. Vzajemni skladi so institucije, kjer lahko ljudje investirajo svoje prihranke z namenom oplemenitenja premoženja. Vsak vlagatelj si mora določiti čas v katerem želi uresničiti svoje cilje. Za dolgoročno varčevanje je primeren delniški sklad, ki prinaša visoke donose. Za srednjeročno varčevanje je primeren mešani sklad, ki nalaga v delnice in obveznice. Izbira vzajemnega sklada je odvisna od investitorjevega cilja in zmožnosti sprejemanja nihanja vrednosti investitorjevega premoženja. Vlaganje v vzajemne sklade je dolgoročna naložba, zato je potrebno tudi veliko potrpežljivosti.

Title:ELECTRONIC BUSINESS FOR MUTUAL FUNDS
Abstract:The number of internet users and the use of electronic business are still increasing in Slovenia as well as in the rest of the world. Electronic operation process could nowadays be estimated as a trend, which the companies should follow in order to remain competitive. The explosion of the consumer actions on the internet has provided a wide field for the various bidders of the financial services. In this way, internet is becoming a very strong tool for managing our finances. Mutual funds are institutions through which people can invest their savings in order to increase the value of their assets. Each investor must set time limits for realising their goals. Balanced funds, investing in shares and bonds, are more appropriate for medium-term saving and high-yield equiy funds for long-term saving. Low-risk bond funds with known returns are suitable for short-term saving. The decision which fund to choose depends on investors´ aims and their ability to cope with asset value volatility. As investments in mutual funds are long-term investments, one has to be very patient.
