Title:Način življenja starostnika z obstipacijo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo predstavili način življenja starostnikov z obstipacijo v institucionalnem varstvu. V prvem delu smo predstavili starost in prehrano, ki ima pomembno vlogo pri prebavi. Opisali smo posebnosti prehranjevanja in pitja pri starostniku. Poudarek diplomskega dela je bil namenjen obstipaciji pri starostniku in odvajalnim sredstvom. Opisali smo domsko varstvo in organiziranost zdravstvene nege v Centru starejših Gornji Grad. Posebno poglavje smo namenili zdravstveni negi kronično obstipiranega starostnika. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti, ali je obstipacija pogost problem pri starostnikih in ugotoviti najpogostejše vzroke zaprtja. Ugotoviti smo želeli, ali starostnike motivirajo za aktivnosti gibanja, ki jih ponujajo v zavodu. Raziskavo smo izvedli v februarju 2009 v Centru starejših Gornji Grad. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 40 stanovalcev. Anketni vprašalnik je vseboval 16 vprašanj odprtega in zaprtega tipa. Rezultati so pokazali, da je obstipacija pogost problem pri starostnikih. Ugotovili smo, da uživajo naravna odvajalna sredstva za lajšanje težav z odvajanjem. Rezultati raziskave so tudi pokazali, da stanovalci, ki imajo težave z odvajanjem popijejo premalo tekočine. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je medicinska sestra tista, ki spodbuja stanovalce k aktivnostim v domu.

Title:Way of life elderly person with obstipation
Abstract:In our Diploma Assignment we presented way of life of erderly with obstipation in institutional care. . In the first part, we presented age and diet which has important role in digested We describe the specificities of eating and drinking for elderly. Emphasis graduate work was aimed obstipation of erderly and laxative founds. We describe institutional care and organization of health care in the Center of older Gornji Grad. A special section was dedicated health care chronic obstipiranega elderly. With the survey we wanted to determine whether the obstipaton is common problem of the elderly and to identify the most common causes of foreclosure. We wanted to determine whether elderly motivation for the activities of movement offered by the institute. The survey we conducted in February 2009 in the Center of older Gornji Grad. The study was included 40 residents. Survey questionnaire contained 16 questions open and closed type. The results showed that the obstipation is a frequent problem in the elderly. We've found that enjoy a natural laxative for relief means the problem of feeding. The survey results also showed that residents who have problems with feeding drink too little fluid. It was found that the nurse is the one that encourages residents to activities in the home.
