Title:Osebna prodaja osebnih zavarovanj v Zavarovalni družbi Adriatic Slovenica d.d.

Abstract:Zavarovalna družba Adriatic Slovenica d.d. se je dve leti po združitvi Zavarovalne družbe Adriatic d.d. in Zavarovalniške hiše Slovenica d.d. še bolj utrdila na visokem drugem mestu med zavarovalnicami na slovenskem trgu in dosegla 14,2-odstotni tržni delež. Za opravljanje svoje dejavnosti ima poslovanje organizirano na sedežu družbe v Kopru ter na devetih poslovnih enotah, ki so postavljene v vseh slovenskih regijah. Nenehno izboljšujejo ponudbo zavarovanj in se lotevajo vrste projektov za izboljšanje delovanja in poslovanja podjetja. V središče postavljajo zadovoljstvo zavarovanca in zaposlenih. Pomembno je tudi, da jo stranke poznajo kot prijazno zavarovalno družbo s sodobnimi storitvami. Celoten prodajni proces zavarovanj je usmerjen v osebno prodajo, saj se večina osebnih zavarovanj sklene preko le-te, ampak pri tem drugi instrumenti v podjetju niso zanemarljivi. Veliko pozornost namenjajo zaposlenim, saj jih stalno izobražujejo, motivirajo in nadgrajujejo komunikacijo. Njihovo znanje in delo pa prispevata k razvoju in dobrim poslovnim rezultatom. S skupnim delom, znanjem in prizadevanji bodo povečali trdnost in varnost podjetja ter ohranili in poglobili zaupanje zavarovancev in poslovnih partnerjev.

Title:Personal selling of personal insurances in insurance company Adriatic Slovenica d.d.
Abstract:The insurance company Adriatic Slovenica d.d. is two years after mergering of insurance company Adritatic d.d and insurance company Slovenica even more consolidated on the high second place among the insurance companies on the slovenian market and has reached 14,2% market share. Company has headquarters in Koper and its own offices in nine slovenian regions. The company is incessantly improving offer of insurances and are undertaking a lot of projects for improving its operation. The core of the operation of the company is the contentedness of the employes and the customers. It is also important that the customers know the company as a kind company with contemporary services. The whole salable proces of the insurances is oriented in personally selling, because the most of the insurances is concluded that way, however the other instruments of making contracts are not ignored. A lot of attention is devoted to the employes, who are constantly educated , motivated and improving communication. Knowledge and work of the employes is contributing to the development and good business results. With common work, knowledge and endeavours they will increase solidity and safety of the company and keep and deepen the confidence of the insurers and business partners.
