Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo se seznanili s področjem modifikacij računalniških iger in izdelavo igralnih svetov. Najprej smo na kratko predstavili zgodovino modifikacij in igro Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, ki je služila kot izhodišče za izdelavo igralnega sveta. Sam proces izdelave smo kasneje podrobneje opisali. Na koncu smo predstavili še potencialne možnosti zaslužka in zaposlitve na primerih iz resničnega sveta.

Title:Expanding commercial video games through the creation of playable worlds
Abstract:In this thesis, we explored the field of video game modifications and the creation of game worlds. First, we briefly presented the history of video game modifications and the game Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, which served as the basis for our custom game world. The process of creating this custom world was later described in detail. Finally, we presented potential monetization and employment opportunities, illustrated with real-world examples.
