Abstract:Učne težave, s katerimi se sooča vse več sodobnih šol, predstavljajo zelo trdovraten in kompleksen problem z zaskrbljujočimi oblikami in razsežnostmi. Pri premagovanju tovrstnega problema igra med drugimi pomembno vlogo tudi šolska svetovalna služba. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge sem najprej opredelila šolsko svetovalno službo, njene osnovne vrste dejavnosti, s poudarkom na razvojno-preventivni dejavnosti in temeljnih načelih, ki jih šolska svetovalna služba pri delu mora upoštevati.
