Abstract:V zaključnem delu je zasnovana in izdelana virtualna robotska celica za namen preizkušanje delovanja pečic, razvita v programskem okolju KUKA.Sim. Za ustrezno izvedbo robotske celice je potrebno poznavanje osnovnih zahtev proizvodnega procesa (varjenje, montaža, kontrola itd.). Na tej osnovi se nato izbere ustrezen tip robota (industrijski ali sodelujoči) in ustrezno orodje. Zaključno delo predstavlja osnove uporabe programskega okolja KUKA.Sim. Od predstavitve najbolj osnovnih elementov robotske celice (robota, tekočega traku, robotskega orodja in varnostne zaščite robotske celice) do nastavitve bazne točke orodja, baznega koordinatnega sistema ter programiranja robota. Končni rezultati zaključnega dela vključujejo opis namena robotske celice, izdelan program njenega delovanja ter diagram poteka, ki ponazarja procesni tok.

Title:Robot cell development and configuration with KUKA.sim
Abstract:In this thesis, a virtual robotic cell is designed and built for the purpose of testing the functioning of the ovens, developed in the KUKA.Sim software environment. For the proper implementation of the robot cell, knowledge of the basic requirements of the production process (welding, assembly, control, etc.) is required. On this basis, the appropriate type of robot (industrial or collaborative) and the appropriate tool is then selected. The thesis presents the basics of using the KUKA.Sim software environment. From the presentation of the most basic elements of the robot cell (robot, assembly line, robot tool and safety protection of the robot cell) to setting the base point of the tool, the base coordinate system and programming the robot. The final results of this thesis include a description of the purpose of the robotic cell, a developed program of its operation and a flowchart illustrating the process flow.
