Abstract:Magistrska naloga raziskuje razvoj in integracijo delno avtomatizirane rešitve robotske roke KUKA KR 10 R900 na CNC stružnico Doosan Lynx 2100LM v podjetju Robotehnika d. o. o. Naloga se osredotoča na tehnične in ekonomske vidike projekta, pri čemer upošteva raznolikost obdelovancev in potrebo po operaterjih za dajanje kosov ter merjenje. Glavne ugotovitve poudarjajo znatno izboljšanje učinkovitosti obdelave, zmanjšanje napak in visoko natančnost pozicioniranja, ki zagotavljajo zanesljivost sistema kljub izzivom zaradi ročnega posega. Ekonomska analiza izpostavlja začetne naložbe in prihranke, ki jih omogoča avtomatizacija, ter potrjuje dolgoročno upravičenost projekta ob upoštevanju dodatnih stroškov operaterjev. Sistem izpolnjuje varnostne standarde EN ISO 10218-1 in prispeva k trajnostnemu razvoju z zmanjšanjem porabe virov. Primerjava z alternativnimi robotskimi sistemi in ročnim delom podčrta konkurenčne prednosti KUKA KR 10 R900 kljub omejeni avtonomiji zaradi raznolikosti obdelovancev. Naloga prispeva k področju avtomatizacije in gospodarskega inženirstva s predlogi za prihodnje izboljšave, kot so pametne tehnologije in optimizacija procesov.

Title:Integration of a robotic arm onto a CNC lathe
Abstract:The master's thesis explores the development and integration of a partially automated solution featuring the KUKA KR 10 R900 robotic arm with the Doosan Lynx 2100LM CNC lathe at Robotehnika d.o.o. The study focuses on the technical and economic aspects of the project, considering the diversity of workpieces and the need for operators to handle piece placement and measurement. Key findings highlight a significant improvement in processing efficiency, a reduction in errors, and high positional accuracy, ensuring system reliability despite challenges posed by manual intervention. The economic analysis emphasizes initial investments and savings enabled by automation, confirming the project's long-term viability despite additional operator costs. The system complies with safety standards EN ISO 10218-1 and contributes to sustainable development by reducing resource consumption. A comparison with alternative robotic systems and manual labor underscores the competitive advantages of the KUKA KR 10 R900, despite limited autonomy due to workpiece diversity. The thesis contributes to the fields of automation and industrial engineering by proposing future enhancements, such as smart technologies and process optimization.
