Rezultati: V končno analizo so vključene štiri raziskave.

Title:Influence of social media on diet of children and young adults with type 1 diabetes
Abstract:Introduction: type 1 diabetes is a chronic autoimmune disease that requires daily care to prevent complications. For children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes, a healthy lifestyle is essential for controlling blood sugar levels and preventing hyperglycemia. This thesis aims to explore the impact of social media on the diet of children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes. Methods: we conducted a literature review, searching international databases such as cochrane library, pubmed, sage, cinahl, web of science, and sciencedirect using a search strategy. The results were analysed using an evaluation table and classified according to a hierarchy of evidence. We applied content analysis. The literature search process was illustrated using a prisma diagram. Results: four studies were included in the final analysis. We found that on social media, children and adolescents can find useful information, such as customized meal plans for diabetic patients, tips for a healthy lifestyle, and information about new technologies for easier blood sugar monitoring. Discussion and conclusion: we found that media can positively influence the improvement of life with diabetes type 1. However, they also have negative aspects, such as promoting unhealthy eating habits. It is important to research social media, as they have a significant impact on the diet of children with diabetes.
