Title:Ekonomska in marketinška analiza kmetije Grošan : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Magistrsko delo analizira ekonomske in marketinške vidike pridelave jagodičevja na kmetiji Grošan. V prvem delu so predstavljeni izračuni skupnih stroškov za obstoječo pridelavo, ki vključujejo parametre, kot so lastna cena, skupni prihodki in koeficient ekonomičnosti. Rezultati kažejo, da je obstoječa proizvodnja ekonomsko upravičena. V nadaljevanju delo obravnava naložbo v nasad jagodičevja, vključno z analizo neto sedanje vrednosti (NSV) in interne stopnje donosnosti (ISD). Ocenjeno je, da bo naložba povrnjena v roku petih let, kar potrjuje finančno smotrnost. Prav tako je ocenjen morebitni vpliv na ustvarjanje novega delovnega mesta. Tretji del se osredotoča na trženjske vidike, vključno s prepoznavanjem ciljnih skupin potrošnikov, oblikovanjem blagovne znamke in določitvijo cen. Raziskava vključuje anketni vprašalnik, ki omogoča vpogled v navade in želje potrošnikov glede lokalno pridelane hrane. Rezultati ankete kažejo, da je povprečen potrošnik pripravljen plačati do 20 odstotkov več za lokalne ekološke pridelke. V sklepnem delu so oblikovani predlogi za izboljšanje trženja in razširitev prodajnih poti, kar lahko pomembno prispeva k povečanju konkurenčnosti in trajnosti kmetije Grošan.

Title:Economic and marketing analysis of the Grošan farm
Abstract:The thesis analyzes the economic and marketing aspects of berry production at the Grošan farm. The first part presents cost calculations for existing production, including parameters such as cost price, total revenue, and the coefficient of economy. Results indicate that the current production is economically viable. The next part examines the investment in a berry plantation, analyzing the net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR). It is estimated that the investment will pay off within five years, confirming its financial feasibility. Additionally, the potential impact on creating a new job position is evaluated. The third section focuses on marketing aspects, including the identification of target consumer groups, brand development, and pricing strategies. The research includes a survey providing insights into consumer habits and preferences regarding locally produced food. Survey results indicate that the average consumer is willing to pay up to 20% more for locally produced organic products. The thesis concludes with proposals for improving marketing strategies and expanding sales channels, which can significantly enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the Grošan farm.
