Spoznali smo delovanje in poslovanje podjetja, analizirali in opisali njegovo okolje, zbrali potrebne podatke za ocenitev vrednosti podjetja in pripravili poročilo o ocenjevanju vrednosti podjetja.

Title:Transfer of ownership of the company to employees and the value of the company
Abstract:The theme of this master's thesis focuses on the transfer of ownership to employees and its impact on the company's value. In today's rapidly changing business environment, employee ownership is becoming increasingly relevant, as it brings numerous advantages for both employees and company as a whole. In the thesis, we addressed key issues related to the transfer of ownership and examined how this process affects employees and the company's value before and after the implementation of employee ownership. We focused on questions of motivation, belonging, and employee engagement, which are crucial factors for the successful operation of a company. In our research, we examined the opinions of domestic and foreign authors regarding the effects of employee ownership on business performance. We analyzed a domestic company before and after the introduction of employee ownership, gaining insight into its operations and business activities. We also analyzed and described its environment, collected the necessary data for company valuation, and prepared a report on the valuation process. In the master's thesis, we assessed the company's value based on data from the period 2001–2005. The results of the analysis showed that the expected growth of the company would have been lower than the actual growth. The primary reason for this discrepancy is internal ownership, which played a significant role in shaping the company's strategy and business decisions. The findings of this master's thesis contribute to a better understanding of the impact of ownership structure on company value and emphasize the importance of internal stakeholders in the long-term success of the company.
