Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava analizo skupnih vplivov stroškov, časa izvedbe in okoljskih dejavnikov pri izbiri ustrezne sestave konstrukcijskega sklopa zunanjih sten večstanovanjskega objekta. V okviru raziskave so bile analizirane in primerjane različne izvedbene variante konstrukcijskih sklopov zunanjih sten, pri čemer so bile uporabljene programske opreme Archicad, Bexel Manager in eco2soft.

Title:Modern design of alternative solutions for the construction of external walls in residential buildings d
Abstract:This master’s thesis examines the analysis of the combined impacts of cost, construction time, and environmental factors in selecting the appropriate composition of external wall assemblies for a multi-residential building. The study analyzes and compares different construction assembly variants of external walls, utilizing software such as Archicad, Bexel Manager, and eco2soft. The conducted analyses allowed for the selection of the most optimal variant based on cost, time, and environmental criteria. The analysis focused on key segments related to each specific impact. In terms of cost efficiency, comprehensive cost analyses were performed, based on which the variants of the wall assemblies were evaluated in terms of both construction costs and execution time. In addition to the cost and time aspects, an environmental impact analysis was also carried out in accordance with the applicable ISO and EN standards, including the life cycle assessment (LCA) of the construction assemblies and materials. A significant emphasis of the thesis is placed on the implementation of the BIM approach, which enables multidimensional modeling and optimization of construction projects. By developing 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models, it was possible to thoroughly analyze not only cost and time aspects but also to identify potential clashes between building elements and enhance the overall efficiency and accuracy of the design process. The implementation of the BIM approach has thus significantly contributed to the precision of the project’s cost and time simulations.
