Abstract:Nemčija, ki velja za eno najmočnejših svetovnih gospodarstev, si prizadeva ohranjati in povečevati konkurenčnost na svetovnem trgu s strateškimi investicijami v digitalizacijo in avtomatizacijo, kar je še posebej opazno v avtomobilski industriji. Zlasti slednja, ki predstavlja enega ključnih sektorjev nemškega gospodarstva, se spopada z izzivi prehoda na električna vozila in zmanjšanja emisij toplogrednih plinov. Kljub temu nemška podjetja vlagajo v razvoj inovativnih tehnologij, ki bi jim omogočile izpolnjevati okoljske standarde ter ohranjati konkurenčno prednost. To vključuje razvoj električnih vozil, trajnostne mobilnosti in prizadevanja za zmanjšanje emisij, kar prispeva k ohranjanju vodilne vloge Nemčije v avtomobilski industriji. Kljub prizadevanjem nemške avtomobilske industrije za izboljšanje lastne konkurenčnosti pa v zadnjih letih ta zaostaja predvsem za kitajskimi tekmeci.

Title:The competitiveness of the german industry
Abstract:As one of the world's strongest economies, Germany is striving to maintain and increase its competitiveness in the global market through strategic investments in digitalisation and automation, particularly in the automotive industry. In particular, the latter, which represents one of the key sectors of the German economy, is facing the challenges of switching to electric vehicles and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Despite this, German companies are investing in the development of innovative technologies to enable them to meet environmental standards and maintain their competitive edge. This includes the development of electric vehicles, sustainable mobility and efforts to reduce emissions, all of which contribute to maintaining Germany's leading role in the automotive industry. Despite the German car industry's efforts to improve its competitiveness, it has lagged behind China in particular over the last few years.
