Title:Čuječnost in dobro počutje zaposlenih v organizaciji x

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi smo raziskovali dobro počutje in čuječnost na delovnem mestu ter povezavo med obema konstruktoma. Pri dobrem počutju smo se osredotočali na psihično dobro počutje, ki se deli na subjektivno in psihološko dobro počutje. V nalogi smo na podlagi spoznanj pozitivne psihologije sprva opredelili oba pojma, nato pa pojasnili metode za njuno meritev ter načine krepitve obeh. Spregovorili smo tudi o učinkih dobrega počutja na zaposlene. Nadaljnje smo opredelili še pojem čuječnosti in njene značilnosti ter opisali načine prakticiranja čuječnosti na delovnem mestu. V raziskavi smo skušali ugotoviti, ali se zaposleni v organizaciji X dobro počutijo in, ali so zaposleni v organizaciji X čuječi. Zanimalo nas je tudi, ali je dobro počutje zaposlenih v organizaciji X povezano z njihovo čuječnostjo. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni v organizaciji X v povprečju zadovoljni s svojim življenjem, da so v povprečju dobro razpoloženi in da pri njih v povprečju prevladuje psihološko dobro počutje. Zaposleni v organizaciji X se torej v povprečju dobro počutijo. Ugotovili smo tudi, da so zaposleni v organizaciji X v povprečju čuječi. Naše raziskave so pokazale še, da je zadovoljstvo z življenjem zaposlenih v organizaciji X delno pozitivno povezano z njihovo čuječnostjo, prav tako je s čuječnostjo delno pozitivno povezano dobro razpoloženje in psihološko dobro počutje. Glede na ugotovitve našega dela smo vodstvu organizacije X predložili tudi rešitve in ponudili različne možnosti za izboljšavo dobrega počutja ter prakticiranja čuječnosti za njihove zaposlene.

Title:Mindfulness and well-being of employees in organisation x
Abstract:In the thesis, we investigated well-being and mindfulness at the workplace, as well as the connection between the two constructs. In terms of well-being, we focused on psychological well-being, divided into subjective and psychological well-being. Based on the findings of positive psychology, we defined both concepts, explained the methods for their measurement and described ways of strengthening them. We also talked about the effects of well-being on employees. We further defined the concept of mindfulness, explained its characteristics and described ways of practicing it at the workplace. In our research, we tried to find out whether the employees of organization X on average feel good and whether the employees of organization X are on average mindful. We were also interested in whether the well-being of employees in organization X is in any way related to their mindfulness. We found out that employees of organization X are on average content with their life and in a positive mood. We also found our that psychological well-being prevails. We can therefore conclude that the employees of organization X feel good. We also found out that the employees of organisation X are on average mindful. Our studies furthermore showed that employee life satisfaction, their positive mood and their psychological well-being are all partially positively related to their mindfulness. Based on our findings, we presented solutions and offered different opportunities for improvement of well-being and mindfulness practice for their employees to the management of organization X.
