Zbrani podatki so analizirani z vsebinsko analizo.

Title:Health educational work in the prevention of risk factors for atherosclerosis in rheumatoid arthritis patients
Abstract:Introduction: Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases due to chronic inflammatory processes. Atherosclerosis is a common complication of rheumatoid arthritis, contributing to cardiovascular events. In this thesis, we aim to present educational work in preventing risk factors for atherosclerosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: In this thesis, we conducted a systematic literature review to identify articles that discuss educational programs for patients with rheumatoid arthritis on the prevention of atherosclerosis. The PIO method was used to search the literature in databases such as CINAHL Ultimate, PubMed, and Cochrane Library. The literature search process was illustrated using a PRISMA diagram. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis. Results: Seven articles were included in the final analysis, demonstrating various educational approaches to improving patients' knowledge about risk factors for atherosclerosis. The programs included physical activity, dietary changes, and understanding the impact of medications on cardiovascular disease risk. Discussion and conclusion: Research indicates that educational programs can significantly increase patients' knowledge about the risks of atherosclerosis and encourage lifestyle changes. Tailored educational approaches involving experts and diverse learning methods are crucial for the success of these programs. Further research should investigate the long-term effects of these programs on clinical outcomes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
