Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo razvili celovit sistem za upravljanje dela zaposlenih in opreme v gradbenem podjetju, katerega namen je digitalizacija procesa dodeljevanja nalog ter izboljšanje učinkovitosti in varnosti dela. S pomočjo analize trenutnih poslovnih procesov smo identificirali ključne izzive, kot so neučinkovito dodeljevanje nalog, administrativna bremena in neoptimalna uporaba opreme. Razvita aplikacija, zasnovana na sodobnih tehnologijah, kot so React.js, NestJS, in Prisma ORM, omogoča avtomatizirano dodeljevanje nalog glede na kompetence in razpoložljivost delavcev, kar zmanjšuje napake in povečuje produktivnost. Sistem vključuje tudi zmogljivo orodje za spremljanje napredka projektov ter upravljanje opreme, kar prispeva k večji preglednosti in boljšemu upravljanju virov. Testiranja so pokazala, da sistem deluje stabilno in zanesljivo, uporabniki pa so ga ocenili kot intuitivnega in enostavnega za uporabo.

Title:	Development of an application for managing employee work and equipment in a construction company
Abstract:	In the thesis, we developed a comprehensive system for managing the work of employees and equipment in a construction company, the purpose of which is to digitize the process of assigning tasks and improve the efficiency and safety of work. With the help of analysis of current business processes, we identified key challenges, such as inefficient assignment of tasks, administrative burdens, and suboptimal use of equipment. The developed application, based on modern technologies such as React.js, NestJS, and Prisma ORM, enables the automated assignment of tasks according to the competencies and availability of workers, which reduces errors and increases productivity. The system also includes a powerful tool for monitoring project progress and equipment management, contributing to greater transparency and better resource management. Tests have shown that the system works stably and reliably, and users rated it intuitive and easy to use.
