Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo predstavili prenovo procesa komisioniranja z uporabo avtomatskih komisionirnih viličarjev. S simulacijo delovanja teh viličarjev smo raziskali smiselnost in časovne prihranke, ki jih lahko s to prenovo pridobimo. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni pojem skladiščenja in procesi v skladiščenju. Osredotočili smo se na proces komisioniranja, saj je ta proces v skladiščenju časovno najizrazitejši in posledično predstavlja največje možnosti za izboljšanje učinkovitosti. Nato smo predstavili viličarje, njihov razvoj skozi leta in možnosti uporabe. Predstavili smo še avtomatske vodene viličarje, katerih vpeljavo smo zastavili kot cilj diplomskega dela. Na kratko smo omenili še avtonomne mobilne robote, in sicer kot alternativo avtomatskim vodenim viličarjem. V praktičnem delu smo naredili posnetek trenutnega stanja skladišča in simulirali izvedbo desetih komisionov, najprej s klasičnimi, nato še z avtomatskimi viličarji. Preuredili smo tudi tloris skladišča, da smo se prilagodili lastnostim izbranih viličarjev, ter nato ponovno simulirali izvedbo desetih komisionov. Rezultate analize smo nato s časovno analizo predstavili v zadnjem delu diplomskega dela.

Title:Overhauling the picking process with the use of automatic order pickers
Abstract:In the thesis, we presented the overhaul of the picking process with the use of automatic picking forklifts. By simulating the operation of these forklifts, we researched its viability and the time savings it can bring. The concepts of warehousing and warehousing processes are presented in the theoretical part. We focused on the process of order picking, because it is the most prominent process in warehousing in terms of time and thus presents the greatest opportunity to improve efficiency. Next, we presented forklifts, their development over the years, and the possibilities of their use. We also presented automatic guided forklifts, setting their implementation as the goal of the thesis. We also briefly mentioned autonomous guided robots, as an alternative to automatic guided forklifts. In the practical part, we made a snapshot of the current state of the warehouse, and simulated the execution of 10 picking orders; first with classic, and later with automatic forklifts. We also rearranged the warehouse floor plan to adapt it to the characteristics of the selected forklifts and again simulated the execution of 10 picking orders. We presented the results of the analysis in the last part of the thesis using a temporal analysis.
