Title:Izvedba vodenja čistilnega stroja turbinskega vtoka

Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je bil posodobitev krmilnega sistema avtomatiziranega čistilnega stroja na turbinskem vtoku MHE Melje. Čistilni stroj ima dvoje čistilnih grabelj, ki drsijo po rešetkah navzgor in odstranjujejo naplavine. Grablje poganja hidravlični agregat in s pomočjo elektromagnetnih ventilov upravlja stroj. Vodenje je izvedeno s pomočjo programirljivega logičnega krmilnika. V okviru posodobitve vodenja smo zamenjali strojno in programsko opremo. Programirljivi logični krmilnik Siemens Simatic S7-200 smo zamenjali s Siemens Simatic S7-1200. V programskem okolju TIA Portal V16 smo napisali uporabniški program na osnovi lestvičnega diagrama. Za vnos in prikaz informacij o delovanju stroja smo izdelali tudi grafični vmesnik HMI.

Title:Implementation of the control of the turbine inlet cleaning machine
Abstract:The aim of the thesis was to modernise the control system of the automated cleaning machine at the turbine inlet of the Melje MHPP. The scrubber has two scrubbing rakes that slide up the grates and remove debris. The rakes are driven by a hydraulic power pack and operated by solenoid valves. The control is implemented by means of a programmable logic controller. As part of the modernisation of the control system, the hardware and software were replaced. The Siemens Simatic S7-200 programmable logic controller was replaced by a Siemens Simatic S7-1200. A user program based on the ladder diagram was written in the TIA Portal V16 programming environment. We also created an HMI graphical interface to input and display information about the machine operation.
