Title:Analiza dejavnikov rasti podjetja z uporabo pestel: okoljski in drugi vplivi

Abstract:PESTEL-analiza je pomembno orodje za vsako podjetje, ki želi razumeti in obvladovati zunanje- dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njegovo poslovanje. S pregledom političnih, ekonomskih, socialnih, tehnoloških, okoljskih in pravnih dejavnikov podjetja pridobijo vpoglede, ki jim omogočajo prilagajanje strategij in sprejemanje odločilnih poslovnih odločitev. Živimo v času, ko trajnost postaja ključni element konkurenčne prednosti, zato je razumevanje okoljskih vplivov še posebej pomembno. Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na analizo dejavnikov rasti podjetja z uporabo PESTEL-analize, s posebnim poudarkom na okoljskih dejavnikih. PESTEL-analiza omogoča celovit pregled zunanjih dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na poslovno okolje in rast podjetja. Pregled posameznih komponent PESTEL-analize vključuje politične, ekonomske, socialne, tehnološke, okoljske in pravne dejavnike, pri čemer so okoljski dejavniki še posebej podrobno obravnavani glede na njihov pomen in vpliv na podjetja. Okoljski dejavniki, kot so energetska učinkovitost, ravnanje z odpadki, trajnostni razvoj izdelkov, okoljske regulative in zakoni, tržne zahteve ter vpliv podnebnih sprememb, imajo pomembno vlogo pri oblikovanju poslovnih strategij. Integracija teh dejavnikov v poslovno strategijo je ključna za doseganje dolgoročne rasti in konkurenčne prednosti. Poleg okoljskih dejavnikov so za rast podjetja pomembni tudi notranji dejavniki, kot so inovacije in razvoj izdelkov, organizacijska kultura in vodenje, človeški viri ter finančno upravljanje, ter zunanji dejavniki, kot so tržne razmere, tehnološki napredek, dostop do trgov in regulativno okolje. V empiričnem delu naloge je podrobno predstavljen primer podjetja Pipistrel. Obravnavani so dejavniki rasti podjetja, vključno s finančnimi kazalniki, tržnim položajem, širitvijo na tuje trge, inovacijami in razvojem, zeleno tehnologijo, zaposlenimi, uvedbo trajnostnih praks in zmanjševanjem okoljskega odtisa. Analiziran je vpliv posameznih dejavnikov PESTEL-analize na rast podjetja Pipistrel, pri čemer so okoljski dejavniki izpostavljeni kot ključni za njegovo dolgoročno uspešnost. Okoljski dejavniki, kot so energetska učinkovitost, trajnostni razvoj izdelkov in okoljske regulative pomembno vplivajo na rast podjetja Pipistrel. Integracija okoljskih dejavnikov v poslovno strategijo in uvedba trajnostnih praks so ključni za dolgoročno rast in uspešnost podjetja na konkurenčnem globalnem trgu na katerem posluje. Primeri uspešnega vključevanja okoljskih strategij, kot so IKEA, Tesla in Unilever, dodatno potrjujejo pomembnost teh dejavnikov za trajnostno rast podjetij. Trajnostna usmeritev je na podlagi analize in empiričnih podatkov ključna za dolgoročno rast in konkurenčnost za podjetje Pipistrel in tudi druge.

Title:Analysis of company growth factors using pestel: environmental and other influences
Abstract:A PESTEL analysis is an important tool for any company seeking to understand and control the external factors that affect its business. By examining political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors, companies gain insights that enable them to adjust strategies and make critical business decisions. As sustainability becomes a key element of competitive advantage, understanding environmental impacts is particularly important. This thesis focuses on analysing business growth factors using PESTEL analysis, with special emphasis on environmental factors. A PESTEL analysis provides a comprehensive overview of external factors that influence the business environment and growth. An overview of the individual components of a PESTEL analysis includes political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors, with environmental factors discussed in particular detail in terms of their importance and impact on companies. Environmental factors such as energy efficiency, waste management, sustainable product development, environmental regulations and laws, market demands, and the impact of climate change play an important role in shaping business strategies. Integrating these factors into business strategy is key to achieving long-term growth and competitive advantage. In addition to environmental factors, internal factors such as innovation and product development, organizational culture and leadership, human resources, and financial management, as well as external factors such as market conditions, technological progress, access to markets, and the regulatory environment are also important for the growth of a company. The empirical part of this diploma thesis presents a detailed case study of Pipistrel. Business growth factors are discussed, including financial ratios, market position, expansion into foreign markets, innovation and development, green technology, employees, implementation of sustainable practices, and reducing the environmental footprint. The impact of individual PESTEL analysis factors on Pipistrel's growth is analysed, with environmental factors highlighted as key to its long-term success. Environmental factors such as energy efficiency, sustainable product development, and environmental regulations significantly impact Pipistrel's growth. The integration of environmental factors into the business strategy and the introduction of sustainable practices are key to the long-term growth and success of the company in the competitive global market in which it operates. Examples of successful integration of environmental strategies, such as those by IKEA, Tesla, and Unilever, further confirm the importance of these factors for the sustainable growth of companies. Based on analysis and empirical data, sustainable orientation is key to long-term growth and competitiveness for Pipistrel and other companies.
