Abstract:Komunikacija je osnovna človeška potreba, brez katere si težko predstavljamo življenje. Sicer je ključnega pomena za uspešne osebne, poslovne in družbene odnose, zato je marketinško komuniciranje pomemben del marketinga. Marketinško komuniciranje ima namreč ključno vlogo pri razvoju podjetja, saj vključuje vse aktivnosti, s katerimi podjetje posreduje informacije o svojih izdelkih ali storitvah na trg. Uspešno marketinško komuniciranje je pomembno za uspešno delovanje vsakega podjetja. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavila osnovne koncepte komuniciranja ter vrste komunikacije, nadalje pa tudi osnove marketinškega komuniciranja z vidika različnih avtorjev ter proces in orodja marketinškega komuniciranja. Na podlagi teoretičnega dela in pridobljenega znanja sem izpeljala praktični del. Ob primeru izbranega podjetja Marketauto sem opisala marketinško komuniciranje. Na podlagi pogovora z zaposlenimi v podjetju sem dobila odgovore na vsa raziskovalna vprašanja in ugotovila da ima podjetje Marketauto uspešno marketinško komuniciranje z nekaj manjšimi pomanjkljivostmi, ter s tem uspešno izpolnila cilje, ki sem si jih zadala ob začetku pisanja diplomskega dela.

Title:Marketing communication in organization Marketauto
Abstract:Communication is a basic human need without which it is difficult to imagine life. Communication is a key for successful private, business and social relations, therefore marketing communication is an essential part of marketing. Marketing communication plays a key role in the development of a company, as it includes all activities with which the company transmits information about its products or services to the market. Successful marketing communication is important for the successful operation of any company. The thesis is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I presented the basic concepts of communication and types of communication, and then we got to know the basics of marketing communication from the point of view of different authors, as well as the process and tools of marketing communication. Based on the theoretical work and the acquired knowledge, I transferred it to the practical part. Marketing communication is described on the basis of the selected company Marketauto. Based on the conversation with the employees of the company, I got answers to all the research questions and found that the company Marketauto has a successful marketing communication with some minor shortcomings, and successfully fulfilled the goals I set when I started writing the thesis.
