Title:Uporaba zgodbe, Izgubljeno jajce, za naravoslovne dejavnosti v vrtcu in napredek v znanju otrok : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo preko dramatizacije in zgodbe Izgubljeno jajce spoznali živali, ki valijo jajca. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Teoretični del je zapisan na podlagi strokovne literature. V teoretičnem delu se poglobimo v naravoslovne vsebine in kako se jih lotit, delo vzgojiteljev in izbiro metod, ki jih uporabljajo pri delu. Prav tako smo poudarek dali na zgodbi, ki pa jo lahko uporabimo ne samo za jezikovno področje, temveč se lahko s pomočjo zgodbe področja med seboj prepletajo. Med seboj smo primerjali različne vire, ki so se dotaknile zgodbe, kot motivacijskega sredstva za doseganje naravoslovnih dejavnosti. Ker se empirični del navezuje na zgodbo Izgubljeno jajce, smo še s teoretičnim delom podkrepili znanje o pticah, plazilcih in njihovih jajcih. Praktični del vključuje načrtovanje, izvedbo in evalvacijo dejavnosti. Analizirali smo anketne vprašalnike, ki so jih rešili vzgojitelji v vrtcu. Cilj diplomske naloge je preveriti mnenje vzgojiteljev o uporabi zgodbe in ugotoviti napredek v znanju otrok o jajcih in živalih po ogledu dramatizacije zgodbe. Po končanih dejavnostih v vrtcu lahko s pomočjo preglednic vidimo, kako velik je napredek otrok v znanju o naravi, po ogledu dramatizacije. S tem želimo ozaveščati in spodbuditi čim več vzgojiteljev po večjem poseganju po zgodbah za doseganje naravoslovnih ciljev in znanja.

Title:The use of the story, The lost egg, for natural science activities in kindergarten and the progress in children's knowledge.
Abstract:In the bachelor's thesis, we learnt about animals that lay eggs through dramatisation and a story called Izgubljeno jajce (The Lost Egg). The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts; the theoretical part is based on literature. We thoroughly studied the content related to natural science and how to approach it, preschool teachers' work, and the methods they adopt. We have also emphasised the story, which can be used not only in the linguistic field but also to connect and intertwine other fields. We compared various sources discussing the story as a motivational tool to stimulate natural science activities. Since the empirical part relates to the story Izgubljeno jajce, the theoretical part improves knowledge about birds, reptiles and their eggs. The theoretical part includes planning, doing and evaluating the activities. We analysed the responses of preschool teachers to the surveys. The thesis aims to check the opinion of preschool teachers on the use of the story and to determine progress in children’s knowledge of eggs and animals after watching the dramatisation of the story. After completing activities in kindergarten, we can observe their progress in knowledge of nature with the help of tables. This is how we want to raise awareness and encourage more preschool teachers to use stories to acquire natural science objectives and knowledge.
