Title:Analiza in vrednotenje uporabnosti slikovnih kartic pri pedagoškem delu v prvem vzgojno-izobraževalnem obdobju : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi, ki obsega tako teoretični kot empirični del, smo raziskovali didaktične pripomočke v obliki slikovnih kartic. Te pri svojem delu najpogosteje uporabljajo pedagoški delavci, kjer z uporabo kakovostnega didaktičnega pripomočka učencu omogočajo trajno in poglobljeno znanje. Za ustrezno pedagoško delo je pomembno, da so didaktični pripomočki kakovostni in pedagoško neoporečni. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili podrobnejši pomen didaktičnih pripomočkov v obliki slikanic in slikovnih kartic, njihovo implementacijo v izobraževalnih procesih ter natančneje opisali oblikovanje tovrstnih gradiv. Pri analizah ustreznosti didaktičnih gradiv smo zajeli pedagoški in likovni vidik. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo analizirali in vrednotili slikovne kartice v praksi z vidika pedagoške in didaktične uporabnosti ter z vidika likovne in estetske vrednosti in uporabnosti. Da smo pridobili ustrezne informacije, ki bi nam koristile pri izdelavi smernic za izdelavo slikovnih kartic za izvajalce dodatne strokovne pomoči v prvem vzgojno-izobraževalnem obdobju, smo najprej analizirali obstoječe slikovne kartice, ki jih pedagoški delavci uporabljajo pri svojem delu. Na osnovi mnenj in ugotovitev smo oblikovali smernice za izdelavo slikovnih kartic za spodbujanje in krepitev pismenosti v obliki slikanic. Oblikovane so za ciljno skupino, tj. učence v prvem vzgojno-izobraževalnem obdobju. Ker se zavedamo, da so v tem obdobju v proces izobraževanja precej vpeti tudi starši, smo to upoštevali pri oblikovanju smernic. V ta namen smo razvili navodila, ki so priloga smernicam, tako za starše kot za učitelje. Sestavni del smernic so tudi slikovne kartice, s katerimi lahko izvedejo dodatno aktivnost poteka in grajenja zgodbe. Za ugotavljanje ustreznosti smernic smo uporabili kvalitativni način raziskovanja ter s pedagoškimi delavci izvedli polstrukturirani intervju. Rezultati kažejo, da smo zastavljene cilje dosegli in oblikovali ustrezne smernice za izdelavo didaktičnega pripomočka, ki so tako iz likovnega kot s pedagoškega vidika ustrezne. Smernice smo preizkusili tudi pri delu z učenci, kjer je bilo moč zaznati, da jih je učno gradivo pritegnilo. Učiteljice so pri smernicah prepoznale kakovost v medpredmetnem povezovanju in uporabi motivov v slikovnem delu smernic, o katerih so se lahko z učenci pogovorile. Njihovi predlogi za izboljšavo so zajemali predvsem vključitev dodatnih aktivnosti.

Title:Analysis and Evaluation of the Usefulness of Picture Cards in Pedagogical Work in the First Educational Period
Abstract:In the master's thesis, which includes both a theoretical and an empirical part, we investigated didactic tools in the form of picture cards. Didactic aids are most often used by educators in their work when the use of a quality didactic aid enables the learner to gain lasting and deeper knowledge. It is important that didactic aids are of good quality and pedagogically sound in order to ensure adequate teaching. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we have presented in greater detail the importance of didactic aids in the form of picture books and picture cards, their implementation in educational processes, and the design of such materials. In analyzing the relevance of didactic materials, we have covered the pedagogical and visual aspects. In the empirical part of the master's thesis, we have analyzed and evaluated the picture cards in practice in terms of pedagogical usefulness, didactic usefulness, and artistic and aesthetic value and usability. To obtain relevant information that would be useful for the development of guidelines for the production of picture cards for ECT providers in the first educational period, we first analyzed the existing picture cards used by teaching staff in their pedagogical work. On the basis of their opinions and our findings, we have drawn up guidelines for the production of picture cards in the form of picture books to promote and reinforce literacy. They are designed for the target group, i.e., pupils in the first educational period. As we are aware that parents are also very much involved in the educational process in the first educational period, we have taken this into account when drawing up the guidelines. To this end, we have prepared the guidance notes that accompany the guidelines, both for parents and teachers. The guidelines also include picture cards which can be used to carry out additional activities and to build stories. To determine the relevance of the guidelines, we used a qualitative research design and conducted a semi-structured interview with the teaching staff. The results show that we have achieved our objectives and developed guidelines for the development of the didactic tool that are appropriate from both an artistic and pedagogical point of view. The guidelines were also tested during practical work with the pupils, where it was clear that they were drawn to the teaching material. Teachers also recognized the quality of the guidelines in relation to cross-curricular integration and the use of motifs in the pictorial part of the guidelines, which they were able to discuss with the pupils. Their suggestions for improvement included, above all, the inclusion of additional activities.
