Abstract:Diplomsko delo je teoretična in empirična raziskava o tradicionalnih in družbenih medijih v času pandemije covid.

Title:Traditional and social media during Covid pandemic
Abstract:This graduation thesis is a theoretical and empirical research paper on traditional and social media during the Covid pandemic. The thesis represents the impact of Covid pandemic on traditional and social media. The theoretical part is based on presenting general information about social media and traditional media, Covid virus, and the pandemic. It was assumed that the Covid pandemic has had a strong impact on how the media operate, so it was researched how the media had to adapt to stay on the market. The graduation thesis presents the changes that the media had to implement if they did. An interview with five representatives of Slovenian media houses is presented in the practical part. It was found that media houses have adapted according to the conditions introduced by the Slovenian government. When the pandemic ended, the media returned to its original state. Media is adapting and evolving according to the market. The Covid pandemic did not have such a big impact on the media as was expected, but it helped the media to develop more quickly.
