Abstract:Proces zaposlovanja in zadrževanja tujih delavcev je ključen za organizacije po vsem svetu, saj lahko pritegne talente iz različnih delov sveta in dopolni svoje delovne sile s širokim naborom kompetenc in izkušenj. Tuji delavci lahko doprinesejo nove ideje, perspektive in znanje, kar lahko pozitivno vpliva na inovacije ter konkurenčnost organizacije. Tudi zadrževanje tujih delavcev je ključnega pomena, saj lahko visoka stopnja odliva kadrov negativno vpliva na stabilnost, kontinuiteto in uspešnost podjetja. Za zadrževanje tujih delavcev je pomembno ponuditi konkurenčne ugodnosti, možnosti za napredovanje, razvoj kariere in ustvarjanje podpornega ter motivacijskega delovnega okolja. Namen diplomskega dela je proučevanje procesa zaposlovanja in selekcije kadrov v podjetju X, z osredotočenostjo na uporabljene metode pri zaposlovanju tujih delavcev ter oceno zadovoljstva zaposlenih glede postopka zaposlovanja. Glavni cilj naloge je identificirati strategije zadrževanja tujih delavcev v podjetju X, kar prikazuje ključni vidik ohranjanja stabilnosti delovne sile in dolgoročnega uspeha organizacije.

Title:Employment and retention of foreigners in the company x
Abstract:The process of hiring and retaining foreign workers is crucial for companies and organizations worldwide, as it allows them to attract talent from various parts of the world and complement their workforce with a wide range of skills and experiences. Foreign workers can bring new ideas, perspectives, and knowledge, which can positively impact innovation and the competitiveness of an organization. Retaining foreign workers is equally vital for organizations, as a high turnover rate can negatively affect the stability, continuity, and success of a company. To retain foreign workers, it is important to offer competitive benefits, opportunities for advancement, career development, and create a supportive and motivational work environment. The purpose of this dissertation is to examine the process of hiring and selecting personnel in Company X, focusing on the methods used in hiring foreign workers and assessing employee satisfaction with the hiring process. The main objective of the study is to identify strategies for retaining foreign workers in Company X, which represents a key aspect of maintaining workforce stability and the long-term success of the organization
