Abstract:Uspešna komunikacija in spretnost v medsebojnih odnosih je gradnik in kritičen dejavnik za obstoj in razvoj uspešnih organizacij.

Title:The challenges of communication in organizations
Abstract:Successful communication and skill in mutual relations is a building block and a critical factor for the existence and development of successful organizations. Communication is the process of passing information and is an integral part of our daily life. It is the most demanding activity for a person, as it involves the whole body, as well as the mental and emotional potential. We can also say that our existence depends on good communication. The concept of communication does not only include conversations with colleagues, but all conversations of any kind or exchange of information in the company, as well as listening, as this is the only important component of successful communication. In the diploma thesis, we investigated what kind of influence successful communication has on company management and what kind of management style leaders of various organizations, from small to large, devote themselves to. In the first part of the diploma thesis, we first defined the concept of communication, types, methods, what communication channels we know and delved into internal and business communication. In the empirical part of the thesis, we conducted research among managers and employees in organizations of different sizes.
