Title:Problematika pridobivanja strokovnega kadra s področja gostinstva v podjetju x

Abstract:Pridobivanje kadrov je proces, katerega namen je zapolniti potrebe po prostih delovnim mestih v podjetjih. Nekatera podjetja imajo s pridobivanjem kadra veliko težav. Še posebej izrazita problematika pridobivanja kadrov je v gostinstvu, kjer se soočajo z velikim številom deficitarnih poklicev. V diplomski nalogi smo najprej predstavili proces zaposlovanja kadrov s teoretičnega vidika. Opisali smo planiranje, pridobivanje, selekcijo in uvajanje kadra, kar je predstavljalo osnovo za razumevanje problemskega stanja in iskanja rešitev v raziskovalnem delu, v katerem smo proučevali problematiko pridobivanja strokovnega kadra s področja gostinstva v podjetju X. S pomočjo intervjuja in ankete smo zbrali mnenja zaposlenih o tem, zakaj se na področju gostinstva težje pridobi novi kader. Ugotovili smo, da ima podjetje pri pridobivanju in zadrževanju gostinskega kadra težave zaradi pomanjkanja strokovnega kadra na tem področju in da ta kader zato pogosto zahteva boljše delovne pogoje. Za izboljšanje situacije v podjetju X smo predlagali višje plačilo delavcem ter več ugodnosti, kot so na primer organizirana srečanja sodelavcev in izvajanje različnih športnih ali kreativnih delavnic.

Title:The issue of acquiring skilled workers in the catering
Abstract:Recruitment is a process whose purpose is to fill the needs of vacant positions in companies. Some companies have a lot of problems with recruiting. The recruitment of personnel is a particularly prominent problem in the company, where a large number of professions are in short supply. In the diploma thesis, we first presented the recruitment process from a theoretical point of view. We described the planning, acquisition, selection and introduction of personnel, which represented the problem situation and finding solutions in the research work, in which we studied the problem of acquiring professional personnel in the field of company X. With the help o fan interview and a survey, we collected the opinions of employees about why it is more difficult to recruit new staff in the catering industry. We found out that the company has problems in recruiting and retaining catering staff due to the lack of professional staff in this field, and that this staff therefore often requires better working conditions. To improve the situation in company X, we proposed higher pay for workers and more benefits, such as organized meetings of colleagues and the implementation of various sports or creative workshops.
