Title:Uvedba standarda kakovosti SIST EN ISO 9001:2015 in ocena učinkov uvedbe : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Zagotavljanje kakovosti je ključnega pomena pri izvajanju storitev v procesu graditve objektov. Ocenjevanje kakovosti pri storitvah je težje kot pri izdelkih, saj so storitve neotipljive in nemerljive. Dejavniki, ki vplivajo na doseganje visoke stopnje kakovosti pri storitvah graditve objektov, vključujejo neprimerne specifikacije v ponudbah, nepopolne ali slabe vhodne podatke, neprimerno komunikacijo med udeleženci, neustrezen nadzor nad kakovostjo in podobno. Za dosego visoke ravni kakovosti je pomembno vzpostaviti sistem vodenja kakovosti in sistem zagotavljanja kakovosti, ki omogočata usmerjanje, nadzorovanje ter izpolnjevanje pričakovanj naročnika, ustrezen nadzor nad projekti, zmanjševanje napak in pomanjkljivosti, izboljšanje učinkovitosti in produktivnosti ter povečanje zaupanja z naročnikove strani. Ključni namen magistrskega dela je podati napotke za vzpostavitev ustreznih sistemov vodenja kakovosti in zagotavljanja kakovosti v inženiring ter projektantskih podjetjih ter njihovo pravilno upravljanje za dosego optimalnih rezultatov. Magistrsko delo v nadaljevanju obravnava uvedbo sistema kakovosti v podjetje ZEU , družba za načrtovanje in inženiring d. o. o. v skladu z zahtevami mednarodnega standarda SIST ISO 9001:2015 in ob upoštevanju lastnosti obravnavanega podjetja ter izvedene analize anketnega vprašalnika skuša ugotoviti pomembnost vzpostavljenega sistema vodenja kakovosti v inženiring podjetjih ter oceniti učinke za podjetje. Bistvena ugotovitev dela je, da zagotavljanje kakovosti v procesu izvajanja storitev (svetovalnega) inženiringa omogoča izpolnjevanje pričakovanj naročnikov, zmanjšanje števila napak, povečanje zaupanja naročnikov, povečanje učinkovitosti in konkurenčne prednosti podjetja.

Title:Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard and evaluating the effect of standard acquisition
Abstract:Quality assurance is key to the delivery of services in the construction process. Assessing quality in services is more difficult than in products, as services are intangible and non-measurable. Factors affecting quality assurance in construction services include inadequate specifications in tenders, incomplete or poor input data, inadequate communication between participants, inadequate quality control, etc. In order to achieve a high level of quality, it is important to have a quality management and quality assurance system in place to guide, control and meet the client's expectations, control projects, reduce errors and defects, improve efficiency and productivity and increase the client's confidence. The key problem of the thesis is the establishment of appropriate quality management and quality assurance systems in engineering companies and their proper management and implementation to achieve optimum results. The master thesis further discusses the introduction of a quality management system in the company ZEU , družba za načrtovanje in inženiring d. o. o. in accordance with the requirements of the international standard SIST ISO 9001:2015 and, taking into account the characteristics of the company under consideration and the conducted analysis of the questionnaire survey, to determine the importance of the established quality management system in engineering companies and to assess the effects for the company. The key finding of the thesis is that quality assurance in the Construction Engineering Consulting enables the company to meet the expectations of its clients, reduce defects, increase the trust of its clients, increase efficiency and increase the competitive advantage of the company.
