Title:Vpliv zelenega zavajanja na ugled in uspešnost podjetja

Abstract:V magistrskem delu proučujemo vpliv praks zelenega zavajanja na ugled in uspeh podjetja. Z uporabo literature različnih avtorjev, njihovih analiz, raziskav in zaključkov, spoznavamo osnovne pojme zelenega zavajanja. Seznanjamo se s konceptom trajnostnega razvoja, s psihologijo potrošnikov in njihovo percepcijo prakse zelenega zavajanja. Prav tako preučujemo etiko in družbeno odgovornost znotraj podjetja ter opazujemo, kako pravilno postavljena etika in družbena odgovornost vplivata na uspeh in poslovanje podjetja. Skozi zgodovino spoznavamo razvoj tega pojma in preučujemo primere od samih začetkov pojava zelenega zavajanja do danes. Dotaknemo se tudi pravnih in etičnih okvirov ter preučujemo, kakšna pravila in katera zakonodaja danes obstajajo ter na kakšen način omejujejo širjenje zelenega zavajanja. Spoznamo razdelitev in kategorije zelenega zavajanja ter preučujemo vsako od njih posebej. V drugem delu magistrske naloge se osredotočamo na aplikativni del in preučujemo številne primere iz prakse. Opisujemo in pojasnjujemo primere zelenega zavajanja na območju Slovenije in na mednarodni ravni. Prav tako opazujemo in opisujemo prave primere zelenega poslovanja. Pri primerih zelenega zavajanja in primerih trajnostnega in zelenega poslovanja preučujemo njihov vpliv na okolje, na potrošnike, na njihovo percepcijo ter na samo poslovanje podjetja.

Title:The impact of greenwashing on the company's reputation and success
Abstract:The master thesis is aimed at studying the impact of greenwashing practices on the reputation and success of a company. Using literature from various authors, their analyses, research, and conclusions, we familiarize ourselves with the basic concepts of greenwashing. We learn about the concept of sustainable development, consumer psychology, and their perception of greenwashing practices. We also examine the ethics and social responsibility within the company and observe how properly established ethics and social responsibility affect the success and business of the company. Throughout history, we learn about the development of this concept and study examples from the very beginnings of the emergence of greenwashing to the present day. We also touch upon legal and ethical frameworks and examine what rules and legislation exist today and how they restrict the spread of greenwashing. We learn about the division and categories of greenwashing and study each of them separately. In the second part of the master's thesis, we focus on the applied part and study numerous examples from practice. We describe and explain examples of greenwashing in Slovenia and on the international level. We also observe and describe real examples of green business. In the case of greenwashing and examples of sustainable and green business, we examine their impact on the environment, consumers, their perception, and the company's business itself.
