V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo raziskali potek načrtovanja in izvajanja plesnih dejavnosti v prekmurskih vrtcih. Uporabili smo deskriptivno in kavzalno-neeksperimentalno metodo empiričnega raziskovanja.

Title:The planning and implementation of dance activities in prekmurje kindergartens
Abstract:The diploma thesis entitled The Planning and Implementation of Dance Activities in Prekmurje Kindergartens consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis first briefly presents the history of preschool education in Prekmurje. Then, focus is placed on dance, its characteristics and its importance for the development of preschool children. We identified different types of dance activities, approaches, forms and methods of planning and implementing dance activities in kindergartens. In the empirical part of the thesis, we explored how the planning and implementation of dance activities is done in Prekmurje kindergartens. The descriptive and the causal-non-experimental method of empirical research were used. Data was collected through a questionnaire, which comprised closed and open-ended questions. Research was done on a non-probability sample of 63 pedagogical workers from the Prekmurje kindergartens. The research provides insight into the practice of planning and implementing dance activities in Prekmurje kindergartens. It highlights the importance of varied approaches, and the challenges faced by preschool teachers. The results can provide a starting point for further development and the improvement of pedagogical practice in dance education in pre-school institutions in Prekmurje.
