Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava motivacijo za izobraževanje zaposlenih v domu Petra Uzarja. V teoretičnem delu spoznamo motivacijo in izobraževanje ter njuno povezanost. V praktičnem delu smo odgovarjali na raziskovalna vprašanja, ki smo jih zastavili. Ugotovili smo da zaposlene najbolj motivira osebna in poklicna rast, ter povečanje samozavesti, da se najraje izobražujejo znotraj organizacije v službenem času ter da jim največji oviri predstavljata pomanjkanje časa in stroški izobraževanja. Na podlagi odgovor ankete lahko Dom Petra Uzarja ustvari učinkovit in bolj ustrezen načrt za izobraževanje zaposlenih.

Title:
Motivation for the education of the employees at the Peter Uzar retirement home
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the motivation for the education of the employees of Peter Uzars nursing home. In the theoretical part we learn about motivation and education and the connection beetwen the two. In the practical part we answered the research questions we asked ourselves. We have found out that employees are most motivated by personal and professional growth as well as an increase in self-confidence and we also found out that they prefer to be educated within the organization during working hours and that the biggest obstacles for them are lack of time and the cost of education. Based on the answers to the survey Peter Uzars nursing home can create an effective and more appropriate plan for employee education.
