Abstract:V dinamičnem svetu profesionalnega športa je ključno razumeti kompleksnost razvoja in vodenja športnih kadrov za doseganje vrhunskih rezultatov. Primeri uspešnih praks, kot sta Barcelona FC in Golden State Warriors, ponazarjajo, kako učinkovit razvoj in vodenje športnih kadrov prispevata k dolgotrajnemu uspehu ekip v konkurenčnem športnem okolju.

Title:Development and management of sports personnel in professional teams
Abstract:In the dynamic world of professional sports, it is crucial to understand the complexity of developing and managing sports personnel to achieve top-notch results. Within this context, we focus on the identification and development of sports talents and the significance of psychological aspects, including athlete motivation and the mentoring role in their development. Successful examples, such as Barcelona FC and Golden State Warriors, illustrate how effective development and management of sports personnel contribute to the long-term success of teams in a competitive sports environment. We set five goals, explored through a survey. The study on sports personnel development largely achieved its objectives, emphasizing the need for awareness about technological innovations and teamwork skills. A lesser interest in technological tools creates opportunities for education on their utility, while underscoring the necessity of increased awareness about teamwork skills. Nevertheless, consensus was reached on the importance of psychological preparation and the mentoring role of coaches. Despite recognizing key examples of successful teams, awareness of personnel strategies, such as talent acquisition and data analysis, could be further enhanced. The results contribute to understanding the key aspects of sports personnel development and management, enabling the design of more targeted educational programs and strategies for athletes, coaches, and sports organization leadership.
