Title:Generation differences in entrepreneurial behavior after the covid-19 pandemic in slovenia
Abstract:The master thesis focuses on examining differences in entrepreneurial behavior among generations of entrepreneurs in Slovenia, especially in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period. Findings indicate statistically significant differences in entrepreneurial behavior among generations, influencing adaptation to post-pandemic market conditions. The emphasis is on understanding the unique approaches each generation brings, shaped by their experiences, upbringing, and socio-cultural contexts. Despite differences in approaches, the diversity of generational perspectives can prove to be a driving force for innovation and competitiveness. The research highlights the importance of understanding generational differences in developing strategies to promote entrepreneurship in Slovenia. While the COVID-19 pandemic posed challenges, Slovenian companies managed to adapt to new circumstances, enhance digital offerings, and explore new markets. Generational differences proved to be a challenge, necessitating adjustments to programs and policies. The impact of generational entrepreneurial behavior on the development of post-pandemic entrepreneurial projects indicates that various generations can contribute to innovation, stability, and long-term growth. Education plays a crucial role in developing entrepreneurial competencies among generations of entrepreneurs, with tailored strategies and accessibility being paramount. The constant need for learning and adapting to new trends underscores key elements for successful entrepreneurship in Slovenia. The research thus contributes to a better understanding of generational dynamics, enabling the development of targeted strategies and policies to promote entrepreneurship, potentially enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of the Slovenian economy—crucial for the country's sustainable economic growth.
