Title:Ukrepi osnovnih šol, policije in centra za socialno delo ob zaznavi medvrstniškega nasilja : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Varnost in policijsko delo

Abstract:Osnovni namen tega diplomskega dela je predstaviti ukrepe in postopke institucij, ki pojav medvrstniškega nasilja najbolj zaznavajo in so prvi posredovalci. Opisani so ukrepi osnovnih šol, ukrepi policije in ukrepi centra za socialno delo ob zaznavi medvrstniškega nasilja. Gre za institucije, ki v sodelovanju s sodiščem in organizacijami za preprečevanje nasilja ustrezno in učinkovito ukrepajo pri preprečevanju in zatiranju nasilja, obenem pa skrbijo za rehabilitacijo in prevzgojo posameznikov, ki so nasilje že izvajali, a se jih zaradi še ne dokončanega osebnostnega razvoja da z ustreznimi ukrepi dokaj hitro in brez hujših posegov usmeriti nazaj na pravo pot. Prav tako je izpostavljen problem definiranja pojma medvrstniško nasilje, s katerim imamo v Sloveniji še danes kar nekaj težav. Naštete in opisane so oblike medvrstniškega nasilja. Izvedena je tudi analiza hišnega reda, vzgojnega načrta in pravil šolskega reda osnovnih šol na območju občine Kamnik. Navedeni akti namreč določajo, kakšno vedenje je na območju šolskega prostora sprejemljivo in kakšno ne. Z njimi šole določijo pravila in vzgojne postopke z ukrepi v primeru kršenja šolskih pravil. Kršitve so v grobem razdeljene na lažje kršitve, težje kršitve in najtežje kršitve. Delavci šole vsako kršitev podrobno analizirajo, pri tem pa upoštevajo vsa dejstva in okoliščine in zadevo obravnavajo individualizirano. Po celostni analizi izvedejo ustrezen vzgojni ukrep.

Title:Measures of primary schools, police and social work centre against peer violence when detected
Abstract:The main purpose of this thesis is to present the measures and procedures of the institutions that are most likely to detect and act as first responders to the phenomenon of peer violence. The actions taken by primary schools, the police, and the social work centre when peer violence is detected have been described. These are the institutions that, in cooperation with the courts and violence prevention organisations, take appropriate and effective action to prevent and suppress violence, while at the same time rehabilitating and re-educating individuals who have already perpetrated violence but, because their personal development is not yet complete, can be put back on track fairly quickly and without serious intervention by appropriate measures. We have also highlighted the problem of defining the concept of peer violence, which is still a problem in Slovenia today. The forms of peer violence have been listed and described. We also analysed the house rules, the education plan, and the school rules of primary schools in the Kamnik municipality. These acts determine what behaviour is acceptable and what is not acceptable in the school area. They lay down the rules and educational procedures for schools, including measures to be taken in the event of a breach of school rules. Violations are roughly divided into minor violations, more serious violations, and the most serious violations. School staff analyse each violation in detail, taking into account all the facts and circumstances, and deal with the case on an individual basis. After a comprehensive analysis, appropriate educational action is taken.
