V drugem delu naloge so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave.

Title:Cyber security challenge of smart homes
Abstract:Smart homes, based on advanced technologies, bring comfort and progress to everyday life. Due to the nature of their operation, various connected smart devices in the smart home solution generate large amounts of data for mutual communication and autonomous operation. This data, which passes through the communication infrastructure, is exposed to security risks in cyberspace. Therefore, due to the complexity of information systems, understanding cyber space is key in identifying cyber risks and reducing the consequences. The purpose of the master's thesis, The Challenge of Cyber Security of Smart Homes, is to determine whether smart home users are sufficiently aware of the risks of possible abuse and exposure of their privacy and cyber threats when using IoT, smart devices and systems used in smart homes, and what the legal regulations are for solving and reducing the consequences of cyber threats. At the beginning of the master's thesis, cyber space, cyber threats and criminality are first presented, followed by a presentation of the technical part of the network infrastructure and a presentation of smart solutions. The results of the research are presented in the second part.
Keywords:smart home, internet of things (IoT), cybersecurity, privacy risk, cyberspace
