Title:Upravljanje raznolikosti v podjetju X

Abstract:To magistrsko delo raziskuje različne metode in pristope, ki jih uporabljajo organizacije za učinkovito upravljanje raznolikosti in spodbujanje vključenosti na delovnem mestu. Z razvijajočim se globalnim poslovnim okoljem so organizacije prepoznale pomen izkoriščanja potenciala raznolike delovne sile za pridobitev konkurenčne prednosti. Izkazalo se je, da je doseganje resnično vključujočega in pravičnega okolja precej zahtevno. Cilj te naloge je zato proučiti metode, ki jih organizacije uporabljajo za reševanje vprašanj, povezanih z raznolikostjo, in opredeliti najučinkovitejše načine za upravljanje raznolikosti. Magistrsko delo na podlagi celovitega pregleda literature analizira teoretične okvire, konceptualne modele in praktična orodja, ki se uporabljajo pri upravljanju raznolikosti. Poleg tega prikazuje tudi morebitne ovire, ki zavirajo prizadevanja za upravljanje raznolikosti, vključno s pristranskostjo, stereotipi, odporom do sprememb in komunikacijskimi izzivi. Z raziskovanjem teh izzivov želimo v magistrskem delu zagotoviti priporočila in predloge za organizacije, ki želijo spodbujati vključujočo delovno okolje. Namen tega dela je s kvalitativnim pristopom zbrati vpoglede zaposlenih, ki delajo na področju upravljanja raznolikosti, da bi spoznali različne pobude za upravljanje raznolikosti v podjetju. Ugotovitve te raziskave prispevajo k obstoječi literaturi o upravljanju raznolikosti in zagotavljajo praktične vpoglede za organizacije, ki želijo izboljšati svoje strategije upravljanja raznolikosti. Organizacije lahko z razumevanjem najučinkovitejših metod upravljanja raznolikosti ustvarijo okolje, kjer se vsi zaposleni počutijo cenjene, spoštovane in vključene, kar zagotavlja osnovo za inovativnost, ustvarjalnost in trajnostno rast.

Title:Diversity management in the company X
Abstract:This master's thesis explores the various methods and approaches used by organizations to effectively manage diversity and promote inclusion in the workplace. With the evolving global business environment, organizations have recognized the importance of harnessing the potential of a diverse workforce to gain competitive advantages. Achieving a truly inclusive and equitable environment has proven to be quite challenging. Therefore, the aim of this thesis was to examine the methods that organizations use to address issues related to diversity and to identify the most effective ways to manage diversity. Based on a comprehensive literature review, the master's thesis analyzes theoretical frameworks, conceptual models and practical tools used in diversity management. In addition, the master's thesis also shows the potential barriers that hold back diversity management efforts, including bias, stereotypes, resistance to change and communication challenges. By researching these challenges, we aim to provide recommendations and suggestions for organizations that want to promote inclusion in the work environment. The purpose of this work was to collect the insight of employees working in the field of diversity management, using a qualitative approach, in order to learn about the different options for managing diversity in the company. The findings of this research contribute to the existing diversity management literature and provide practical considerations for organizations seeking to improve their diversity management strategies. By understanding the most effective methods of managing diversity, organizations can create an environment where all employees feel valued, respected and included, providing the basis for innovation, creativity and sustainable growth.
