Abstract:Podjetja potovanje strank preučujejo, da bi bolje razumela izkušnjo svojih strank in s ciljem, da bi to izkušnjo naredili čim boljšo ter prijetno na vsaki stični točki s podjetjem ali z njihovim produktom oziroma storitvijo. V diplomskem delu smo primerjali tri orodja za modeliranje potovanj stranke, s katerimi smo modelirali isto potovanje. Med delovnim procesom smo beležili opažanja o delovanju in značilnostih teh platform. S tem smo pridobili boljše razumevanje njihovih prednosti, slabosti ter njihove ustreznosti glede na naše kriterije, ki smo si jih zastavili. Ugotovili smo, da ni enostavno enoznačno izpostaviti, katero orodje je boljše ali slabše od drugih. Smo pa razčlenili, katera orodja se, v skladu s postavljenimi merili, bolje obnesejo kot druga.

Title:Comparative analysis of customer journey modeling solutions
Abstract:Companies study the customer journey to better understand the experience of their customers, with the goal of making that experience as good and pleasant as possible at every point of contact with the company or with their product or service. In the thesis, we compared three tools for modeling customer journeys with which we modeled the same journey. During the work process, we recorded observations about the performance and characteristics of these platforms. With this, we gained a better understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, and their relevance in relation to our criteria that we had set ourselves. We found that it is not easy to single out which tool is better or worse than others. But we have broken down which tools perform better in certain criteria than others.
