Rezultati ankete prikazujejo pripravljenost poklicnih voznikov v uvedbo takšnih sistemov v podjetje.

Title:Driving evaluation system for truck drivers
Abstract:This paper titled System for Assessing Driving of Heavy-Goods Vehicle Drivers focuses mainly on the driving assessment system using a system by a heavy-goods vehicle producer, Scania. In this paper, we will try to prove the correlation between the assessment obtained using this system and fuel consumption and vehicle wear. The theoretical part of the paper first presents what the driving mode assessment system enables, what data can be acquired and how they can be compared. It goes on to present the effects and modes of economical driving and the elements that are important for economical driving. Other factors that are pertinent to economical driving are also presented, while this paper mainly focuses on the human factor affecting economical driving. In the empirical part of the paper, we first presented the results based on the acquired data on the obtained assessments and vehicle wear on transport routes. The results based on the acquired data on fuel consumption and the obtained assessments demonstrate a correlation between the obtained driving assessment and fuel consumption of the vehicle. We went on to present the results of an anonymous survey filled in by professional heavy-goods vehicle drivers. The results of the survey show that the professional drivers are in favour of the implementation of such systems in the company. The results also demonstrate that the drivers are willing to participate in additional training in the field of economical driving.
