Title:Upravljanje tveganj v velikih slovenskih podjetjih

Abstract:Upravljanje s tveganji v velikih slovenskih podjetjih je temeljni proces, namenjen prepoznavanju, ocenjevanju, zmanjševanju in spremljanju različnih vrst tveganj. To vključuje strateška, operativna, finančna tveganja, tveganja vplivov regulative in zakonodaje ter druga. Proces se začne s prepoznavanjem morebitnih groženj in priložnosti, čemur sledi ocena njihove verjetnosti in vpliva, prednostna razvrstitev tveganj in opredelitev sprejemljivih ravni tolerance tveganja. Nato se razvijejo in izvajajo strategije ublažitve, da se zmanjša ali odpravi vpliv teh ugotovljenih tveganj. Strategije tveganj v podjetju zajemajo celovit pristop k upravljanju tveganj v organizacijah, ki vključuje sprejemanje tveganja, prenos, izogibanje in zmanjševanje tveganja. Te strategije so zasnovane tako, da spodbujajo kulturo ozaveščenosti o tveganjih in preglednosti med zaposlenimi in zainteresiranimi stranmi. Orodja in njegove prednosti za upravljanje tveganj v podjetju, kot analiza tveganj, programska oprema za upravljanje tveganj, napovedi vrjetnih težav in katastrofalnih dogodkov, omogočanje rasti in konkurenca podjetij, izboljšanje poslovnih procesov ter načrtovanje proračuna, omogočajo bolj sistematičen, na podatkih temelječ in učinkovit proces obvladovanja tveganja. Ta orodja zagotavljajo prednosti, kot so izboljšano odločanje, proaktivno obvladovanje tveganj in izboljšano obvladovanje tveganj. Vendar obvladovanje tveganj v podjetju ni brez izzivov. Težave vključujejo kakovost in razpoložljivost podatkov, količinsko opredelitev nefinančnih tveganj, spremljanje regulativnih sprememb, obravnavanje človeških dejavnikov, slaba komunikacija ter drugo. Premagovanje teh izzivov je bistvenega pomena za organizacije, da lahko učinkovito delujejo v nenehno razvijajočem se poslovnem okolju in zaščitijo svoj dolgoročni uspeh. Prizadevanja za komuniciranje in izobraževanje zagotavljajo, da so zaposleni in deležniki dobro obveščeni o praksah obvladovanja tveganj. Nenehne izboljšave se spodbujajo z učenjem iz preteklih incidentov, sprejemanjem tehnološkega napredka in prilagajanjem pristopa obvladovanja tveganja posebnim potrebam vsakega podjetja. Navsezadnje je učinkovito obvladovanje tveganj ključnega pomena za ta velika slovenska podjetja, da se prilagodijo spreminjajočim se razmeram, zaščitijo svoje interese ter ohranijo dolgoročno rast in uspeh. S pomočjo letnih poročil smo primerjali upravljanja tveganj v slovenskih podjetjih za preteklih pet let. Obravnavana slovenska podjetja imajo svojo stategijo in politiko v primeru nastanka tveganj, ki sta ključnega pomena za ta podjetja, da se umaknejo iz negotovosti in izkoristijo priložnosti, hkrati pa zaščitijo svoje interese. Velika podjetja se v konkurenčnem okolju sodobnega poslovanja soočajo s kritičnim izzivom optimizacije delovanja in kakovosti ob učinkovitem obvladovanju tveganj. V tabelah smo pojasnili stopnje vrst tveganj, natančneje kreditno, likvidnostno, valutno, operativno, geopolitično in tržno tveganje. podjetij Revoz, Mercator, Lek in Krka. Ugotovili smo, da imajo omenjena podjetja izredno podobne in podrobne sisteme za obvladovanje tveganja. Prav tako smo za zadnje tekoče leto omenjenih podjetij naredili tabelo dejavnikov učinkovitosti in preverili katere od naštetih dejavnikov vsebujejo podjetja. Za vsako podjetje smo v letnem poročilu tudi pregledali njihove izzive in priložnosti glede upravljanja tveganj ter vplivov regulative in zakonodaje na le-to.

Title:Risk management in large slovenian companies
Abstract:Risk management in large Slovenian companies is a fundamental process aimed at identifying, evaluating, reducing and monitoring various types of risks. This includes strategic, operational, financial risks, risks of regulatory and legislative impacts and others. The process begins with the identification of potential threats and opportunities, followed by an assessment of their likelihood and impact, prioritization of risks, and definition of acceptable levels of risk tolerance. Mitigation strategies are then developed and implemented to reduce or eliminate the impact of these identified risks. Enterprise risk strategies encompass a comprehensive approach to risk management in organizations that includes risk acceptance, transfer, avoidance and mitigation. These strategies are designed to foster a culture of risk awareness and transparency among employees and stakeholders. Risk management tools and its advantages in the enterprise, such as risk analysis, risk management software, forecasts of potential problems and catastrophic events, enabling growth and competition of companies, improving business processes and budgeting, enable a more systematic, data-driven and efficient risk management process. These tools provide benefits such as improved decision making, proactive risk management and improved risk management. However, risk management in a company is not without its challenges. Issues include data quality and availability, quantifying non-financial risks, monitoring regulatory changes, addressing human factors, poor communication, and more. Overcoming these challenges is essential for organizations to operate effectively in an ever-evolving business environment and protect their long-term success. Communication and education efforts ensure that employees and stakeholders are well informed about risk management practices. Continuous improvement is encouraged by learning from past incidents, embracing technological advances and tailoring the risk management approach to the specific needs of each business. After all, effective risk management is crucial for these large Slovenian companies to adapt to changing conditions, protect their interests, and maintain long-term growth and success. With the help of annual reports, we compared risk management in Slovenian companies for the past five years. The discussed Slovenian companies have their own strategy and policy in the event of the occurrence of risks, which are crucial for these companies to withdraw from uncertainty and take advantage of opportunities, while at the same time protecting their interests. In the competitive environment of modern business, large companies face the critical challenge of optimizing operations and quality while effectively managing risks. In the tables, we have explained the levels of risk types, specifically credit, liquidity, currency, operational, geopolitical and market risk. companies Revoz, Mercator, Lek and Krka. We found that the mentioned companies have extremely similar and detailed risk management systems. We also made a table of efficiency factors for the last current year of the mentioned companies and checked which of the listed factors are contained in the companies. For each company, in the annual report, we also reviewed their challenges and opportunities in terms of risk management and the impact of regulation and legislation on it.
